My son has been practicing Taekwondo at Capital Taekwondo School for 8 years. I have witnessed the school's growth. The coaches there are dedicated, hardworking and professional. My son is not only learning Taekwondo techniques, but also the spirit of Taekwondo. The students get along well and support each other. It is a very fun learning environment. The school offers a variety of courses to suit different age groups and needs. I recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a place to practice Taekwondo.

The school has taught my daughter to be resilient and respectful. *** is a coach who cares about every student and has a connection with each student. Our daughter has been at this school for 8 years and considers the school a second home. Best taekwondo school in the city. Classes are run by a multi Canadian national Champion (6 or 7 times!!). The training facility is spacious for various types of training too (sparing, pattern training, flexibility training, drills).
