    I entered into a contract with Ground X JiuJitSu on April 6, 2022. I did not receive the contract i.e. Membership agreement. My son went for the JiuJitSu classes until May 2, 2022. On May 2, 2022 I asked the instructor to provide satisfactory services and pay a little attention to my son. However, he started getting angry and said that he was frustrated and left. He did not even listen to my concerns. I have asked for a refund but they are not replying to the emails. 1. I signed the membership agreement on April 6, 2022 and received the agreement on May 2, 2022. The day when they cancelled the agreement. My 10 day period starts from May 2, 2022. However they cancelled the contract and charged me $405.65 which is not justified. 2. Their contract is not per the legislation as it says that buyers can cancel the contract within 5 days which is also not per the legislation of the 10 day period per the Ministry of Consumer Affairs of Ontario. I have requested a refund of $405.65 however they did not respond to my email. This facility is operating in Ontario and not following Province of Ontario legislation. Their invoice is not even justified according to the membership agreement. They charged me (1 month's fees and $175 ) and their contract says in case of cancellation they can charge only 1 month fees. And as per the legislation they cannot cancel the contract which they never send to me. Please help me get a refund of $405.65. Below are the details of the event: I registered my son at Ground X Jiu Jitsu for JiuJitSu lessons in April 2022. The facility got a membership agreement signed on that day and never sent us the copy of the agreement. I was there with my son on May 2, 2022 and asked the instructor if he could pay a little attention to my kid. He got angry at me and said that he is frustrated. I asked him if there is any other solution and he said that they offer private lessons which are $500 per hour, I cannot afford those lessons. He threatened me that they would cancel the agreement and then left. I talked to the receptionist and told her that I wanted to speak to the owner first and did not want to cancel the agreement. She said that you can come and talk to the owner at 7 p.m. when he is free. But when I reached home at 6 p.m. after my son's class I received an email that my membership had been cancelled and $405.65 had been charged to my credit card, I was shocked they did not give any explanation of the membership cancellation charges, they sent the agreement the very first time and that too after cancellation. I did not have the membership agreement when I enrolled with them. And when I asked they sent me an incorrect invoice. The facility is not picking up my phone, nor responding to my emails and they barred me from entering their premises. This facility is very rude, unprofessional and unethical. They get a membership agreement signed by befooling innocent people.
