The most terrible movers that we have ever used. Arrived late, did not cover valuable chairs and sofas - chairs were stacked on top of each other -all were scraped and stained - took the wrong directions to the destination - took an extra break after driving for 45 minutes - the truck was covered with graffiti and was not big enough to hold all of our property -do not ever use these people. The loaders were excellent the driver/packer was terrible - had no idea how to load the truck and properly stack items. I am so mad at myself for trying to save a buck or two but now I know. Look elsewhere my friends - these people will let you down - big time.

Good day **** 1- we late because we called you so many times a day before of the moving to confirm the details couldnt hold of you sent you text message we did not receive any answer we could send movers without confirmation.attached text message .2- we sent you big 24 feet truck for 3 bedrooms which is big enough.3 it took total for 3 bedrooms 4 hrs I sent you the movers which they have over 7 years experience.4- we always put chairs on the top of the boxes which is the ****** place we cant stacked anything on the chairs has to be on the top.4- the distance between both locations is 33 minutes **** km if you put in gps shows ********************************************************* this situation.If you had isssue with movers why you gave them tips usually happy customer pay the tips we do just in ********************** between 5 to 10 moves a day 99% happy customer.Please let me know if anything wrong with furniture I see it on the paper you checked everything thing okay and you have signed it .Thank you againCustomer Response

First of all - we had no phone messages the day prior - only one e-mail that was sent at 7:00 pm that we didn't notice until the next morning. We had no messages on our answering machine. Saying that you also sent text messages is untrue as we have no cell phone capable of receiving text messages. We confirmed with your head office a day prior to confirm our move and everything was scheduled. You did not cover our dining table chairs with blankets - you stacked them on top of each other and they are badly scraped - you did not cover the couch and it has a stain that needed to be cleaned. We gave a tip to the 3 workers when we should have only given two to the two who emptied our house - they worked very hard and had nothing to do with the packing of the truck. We ticked the boxes saying that we were satisfied just to be finished with your company. You have said nothing but lies and we will never use your company again and we are advising "would-be" clients to do the same.
