This is a Terrible Dealership! They will say anything to sell you a car but will do nothing to help you after the sale unless they are making more money. Just save yourself a lot of trouble and go ANYWHERE else! I would give this place Zero Stars they do not deserve even one!

I would like to warn potential customers to stay away from ******* on **** *************. The sellers (Rahul) and the management are real crooks. ON January 27th, I've went to ******* and decided to lease a 2022 Kia ******** I made a 1000$ deposit and was told that my car will be arriving by mid May (which I was ok with). On Saturday, March 26, after carefully consulting with my wife we've decided to cancel the transaction. I called the seller to inform him and he told me to stop by on Monday since the Manager was not on site. After the phone conversation, I decided to drive to ******* (Saturday March 26th) and to my surprise both managers were present and working as usual. I got in the office with the manager and he proceeded to tell me that the could not cancel the transaction because the car was already assigned under my name and that by cancelling they would lose money because if the next person/customer needing a car is in ******** they will have to pay for the car to go to ********. I was surprised because the car was not in transit and there was no VIN# assigned to it, so how come the car was under my name if it wasn't built yet ? They refused to give me my money back and made me sign a document saying that I forfeited my deposit. That's the first time I am getting that type of response. I know for fact that other dealers will give you your money back with no problem if you cancel the deal. I believe ******* are a disgrace for the KIA *********** and KIA ****** should really terminate their deal with them because they are tarnishing the efforts of a good brand by acting like small time crooks. STAY AWAY FROM ******* !
