Beyond this period, any additional coverage would require the purchase of an extended warranty. Stay away from this company. The way that they do business actually ***** your credit score. On June 28 2024 I filled out a credit application for them on line. A week later I check my credit score and I am -21 points. When I checked the inquiries to find out why there are two hard inquiries on there from two financial institutions that these people had sent a credit application to on my behalf.I was not aware that they would be doing this and the fact that I had not even said I was going to purchase a vechile I was looking around. I understand checking my credit score that is a soft hit does nothing to effect your score but to go ahead and apply to financial institution without your knowledge or consent is just bad business. After my conversation with their finance person I was even more upset because he informed me that is how they run their business and like to have everything in order to present to you your best options. I understand that if you were actually purchasing a vechile and gave consent for then to find you the financing. So I did not find a vechile I liked. Told the person that had contacted me that I am not interested in any vechile that they have right now and find out one week later that my credit score took a hit of -21 points because of them. I am in the process of making a dispute with the credit bureau to correct these inquiries that were made without my consent.Prio Auto Sales Response

Cause it's my 1st time buying from ********* last one god help me i've called to find out when i was going to receive my car they say maybe tomorrow or thursday i've lost 1 week of work because of this poor car company i don't know who runs it but wow poor poor service everytime i call there in meetings so to me there all the same...telling me my ottawa car inspection is good in n.-b. & i've told *********** still say its *********** checked its not so like motor vehicle said as a car company they should know this but i think there playing with my head....so i'm done with this dealership from now on i am going to deal down here in n.-b.Prio Auto Sales Response

It is impossible for auto transportation carriers to give the exact date or hour of their arrival especially when they are coming from 3 provinces away. Usually they will contact you a day before and then they will call one more time about 6 hours ahead.We are sure that you received your vehicle by now. Our trucks are the fastest in the country when it comes to transporting vehicles. Auto transportation companies take 3 weeks to a month to deliver a vehicle from ******, On to Saitn-Anthoine, **. We make this trip in a week to 2 weeks the most.Our company delivers vehicles to ************* every week. The Ontario safety certificate can be used to register a vehicle in *************. If someone there at the ministry is not aware of this, you do need to worry. This is normal because they don't often come across ************* residents purchasing vehicles in *******. We are sure by now that you managed to register the vehicle and if you didn't please feel free to contact us so we can call the ministry to get the registration done for you. ************** Thank youReview from David S

Prio Auto Sales is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I spoke to a sales person on the phone September 30, ********************************************* that was on their website. I had mentioned I was concerned about the tires so the sales person went and took pictures and a video of them and sent them to my wifes phone. However, when I finally received the vehicle (which was 12 days later), the tires were right down to the wear bars and didnt even look like the tires that the sales person had sent. Also the Service Tire Pressure System was showing on the instrument panel. Three of the tires showed low pressure but one showed no reading, and one of the tires was a different brand than the other three. Also there was less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. I had to buy new tires, get a signal light fixed to get a new safety. The salesperson kept insisting that the ******* Safety was good in ***********, but he was incorrect and I had to get the vehicle safetied by *********** standards. The 30 day warranty had already expired by the time I got the vehicle on the road. I spoke to the sales manager about all of the issues and he told me that I would not be compensated for any of this. So I would never ever recommend Prio Auto Sales.Review from Bren V

Great service while buying the car, but as soon as I have an issue they dismiss my concerns. They pride themselves on being so good, their customers come back over again. 10 months after I purchased the vehicle the power steering went. Upon having a local garage inspect the vehicle (affiliated with MTO) it was found the basic inspection done through the 3rd party Prio sends the vehicles to, had erased info on the scanner that concerned the airbags. They were disconnected electronically which means they could go off at any time (Im a single mom with two kids). Upon inspection it was also noted that the power steering module box was faulty. The third party that safetied the car from **** knew this and overrides it. So I now have a vehicle that does not work, no power steering and because its past the 30 day warranty they refuse to help or acknowledge their wrong doing (spoke with ***** the manager). If I go through **** dealership to replace the part = $2200, go through local garage second hand part $1500 repair. Very untrustworthy. Purchased a jeep from them the day I picked it up just after safety it already had major oil leak brake pedal went to the floor and had tires that were no good. They said it would get new tires upon purchase but saftied with old tire which were better than the new ones. If you try to contact them after purchase they ** to ignore you until there 30 day warranty is up. It was stated to me by the salesman and the gentleman doing the financing that they would be installing new all season tires not worn out winter tires. Like I also said the breaks also did not work properly and after your mechanic failed to fix the issue I had to repair them at my own expense. I left multiple messages for the manager to call me about the issue but never phoned me back
