    I bought a brand new ****** vaccuum one year ago.....when I received it the water basin had a hairline crack and water leaked. they charged me $50.00 for a new one....the replacement basin would not clamp onto machine so once again I could not use the $****** piece of junk. the third basin *********** the machine. This weekend I was starting to vaccum and the hose broke in half !!! in my *********************************************************************************** half! I had a Rainbow for 25 years and never one issue......I had a Dyson never a problem, etc....this is disgusting and the best part they will not refund my money because I only had 30 days to replace it.....at 30 days they never offered to replace only send replacement parts DO NOT BUY! I spent ****** thinking I would have this for the rest of my life. When I called customer service he kept asking me if I bought a refurbished one and said maybe he will send me a new hose if I send a picture of the broken hose.

    Terrible. The 30 day return starts from purchase of vacuum not when you actually receive it. I am so heart broken and disappointed over this situation I've done my research for months and had thought I was making a good choice however after a few weeks the power nozzle quit on me and it got sent back to be repaired I was already unhappy with the quality of this vacuum. They sent me the vacuum back in the same box I sent and it was poorly damaged and packaged. When I opened the box my vacuum head was damaged. Being distraught I contacted the company they offered no such refund or nothing to take the vacuum back this was not my mistake it was theirs they offered a repair and to get it sent back. This has wasted time and money and I am very unhappy with this company and sad that I will still have to pay too much for this hunk of trash. This is a beware to anyone please do not buy from this company they have poor service and a very low quality vacuums.

    This vacuum does not suit commercial business needs. The sirena Inc will not send a Return Authorization #. The company is ignoring all calls and emails. BUYER BEWARE! 10 year warranty and 30 day trial is a SCAM. This company will not refund you.

    NEVER AGAIN. I have never in my life experienced such a bizarre and awful customer service experience. I purchased my Sirena vacuum last year and immediately registered my product for a warranty. On 3/22/22 the latch on my vacuum broke so I contacted customer service via email and phone and was advised to mail it back for repairs. I was told the shipping label was going to be mailed to my address (which I updated with the rep on that phone call as we had recently moved). After waiting a few weeks and receiving nothing, I emailed customer service again on 4/13/22 to check on the status of my return label. No response. Today, 4/27/22, I called again and spoke with MJ, the rep I had spoken with on 3/22/22. I told him my shipping label still has not been delivered and he then told me they don't mail out shipping labels, they email them. Ok... that's not what you told me but fine. I did not receive it via email either and I have been checking daily. He repeated back an incorrect email I never gave him and I told him that was incorrect and gave him the correct one. He said he emailed the shipping label to me and I asked him to wait on the phone with me to make sure I received it- this seemed to annoy him. After I finally received it, I asked him a few quick but very important questions about the return details/ process and he got really rude and impatient and told me to read the email. I did, but I wanted to clarify the directions just to be sure as this is an $800 product I'm shipping away and I wanted to be sure I did it right the first time. He would not answer my questions and got increasingly rude so I was done with the conversation. I called my husband in tears and we decided against sending our vacuum in for repairs since this experience has just been so unprofessional and to be honest, sketchy. Now we have a very heavy, expensive vacuum that I can't lift up the stairs without the canister detaching because of a faulty latch and I genuinely regret this purchase.
