Where shall we start with this review ??????????this team leader and is capable crew we sooo Professional. Clean. Quiet and may I add very resourceful and respectful. My husband wanted to keep the upper have of our tub insert because home is relatively a new build. Old school people. Dont waste. He knew it could be done with some engineering knowledge however other companies said not possible. Therefore you were paying more for unnecessary material. ******* took the time and his knowledge of any situation and made it happen. We just love the tub and its features. As we are aging this will allow us to stay in home longer and safer. I think it a great investment and a beautiful piece of hardware. Now I ask every one to come and visit our bathroom. This team will blow you out of the water ?? so to speak. Common what are you waiting for. Just do it. Kids are going to get your money so why not treat yourself. We just had the Walk-in Tub transfer unit installed and are quite pleased, they were in and out in 2 days, put mats down everywhere they walked to minimize any disturbance and also did a good tutorial when finished. The unit suits my wife's mobility needs and feelings of safety and security while bathing, and my back loves it too. ******* and his team did a great job for us.

We are pleased with the walk-in tub/shower/spa and adjacent closet that were installed to replace the existing extra-long tub. It's beauty and functionality will be appreciated both now, especially after vigorous exercise, and in future, as we age-in-place. The owner listened to our needs and wants and delivered accordingly...and on time. He communicated well before, during, and after the installation. The installer did a quality job with the carpentry and painting. The entire process took several days but the disruption to our family life was minimal. We recommend Walk-in Tubs Ottawa.

From our visit to the showroom; ******************************* with his many years of experience and knowledge, to the smooth installation by experts who were extremely courteous, pleasant , and always worked every single detail. 5stars is not enough! It is a perfect solution if you have pain or stress anywhere in your body, particularly in joints, hip, knee etc. It has helped tremendously, since we installed it and we are awaiting the hip operation.**************

I had a walk-in *** installed last July-August. They were very knowledgeable and was able to see various models before I purchased and this was extremely helpful. The installation went very smoothly. The team worked very well together. They were very clean and courteous. The owner has been absolutely wonderful and resolved any small issues very promptly. Buying a walk in tub is very frustrating because everything is online. ******* has a showroom with several models that you can sit in and actually try out which is wonderful. As well ******* is very knowledgeable about his products, will customize the tub to suit you. He is pleasant and will return your phone call promptly. Our tub is amazing

Recently I was able to take a ' test run' of a new Transfer tub that Walk in Tubs Ottawa has recently began to sell as one of the models for the company's recent photo shoot. This walk in tub feels very well built and sturdy with a tight closing door and no vibrations even with strong jets turned on full blast. It provided me with with a relaxing and comfortable bathing experience in a very deep - up to my neck soak - enhanced by pink mood lighting - or a vigorous massage from multiple jets. I preferred the lower setting of the water jets for my smaller muscles, but if you have big muscles or want a strong massage the jets can accomodate that too very well. Years ago, in 2012, I had ***********************, the owner of Walk in Tubs Ottawa build me a custom shower - I wanted a shower that had enough elbow room to let me have a comfortable shower without bumping into any side, even with my eyes closed. My 7' x 2.5' shower has functioned perfectly ever since. I know from experience that **** does excellent work on every project he touches. I know about his attention to technical details, the high quality of the products he sells, his many years of ***************************** experience and his dedication to making sure his customers are happy with their purchases. This is why I strongly recommend any walk in tub he sells - especially the new Transfer tub I had the pleasure of trying out in a recent fun photo shoot.

The ***************** **** lift is a quality piece of equipment made in ******* for more than 20 years and works very well. The installer was very professional and answered all our questions. We just purchased a walk in therapy tub from Walk In Tubs Ottawa. The product and workmanship of the installers was first class .We are aging and find that this product from this company was exactly what we were looking for Mu husband is just starting to have some mobility issues and playing golf twice weekly needs this type of massage water soaking to help with the sore muscle aches.
