We recently had two of the stained glass windows in our church broken by vandals. We contracted M&T Glass to supply and install Clear Lexan on the exterior windows of our church to protect our heritage stained glass windows. The work needed to be completed within a very tight timeline. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work completed and timeline within which it was done. Prior to the work being done, the company Operations Manager, ***************************, came on site and explained how the product would be installed and once the work began he was on site to make sure the job was completed properly and within the timelines agreed to. I visited M&T Glass yesterday and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. Their service was prompt and ***, the general manager, was incredibly courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions with patience and expertise and the repair work undertaken on my mirror was completed in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend M&T Glass for anyone seeking quality glass and window services.Review from Jim M

BEWARE. We ordered replacement screens for a client from M&T. First they lost the order, then they misdated the replacement order. The process has taken 6 months and our client still doesn't have screens! We used to rely on the company for good, reliable service. Not anymore!M&T Glass Response

DO NOT GET SERVICES FROM THEM! I've ordered closet doors on April 27th 2023. Had trouble to get them. They finally came to install doors in July. But as they were working, I noticed they had the wrong doors. They installed them anyways until I get the right doors and it's been a nightmare since and we are now November 28th and I still don't have my doors. They came back on October 18th and still it was the wrong doors. They lie, they don't answer the phone, they never call back plus they already took all my money for the wrong doors and a terrible installation. They have my ******** $ and I'm still waiting for the right doors.I called them yesterday, November 27th, and said I wanted to get my money back, and the general manager said : Well we will have to go and get our doors back. Avoid M&T Glass. Go somewhere else. They take your money and don't deliver. Ask them to credit, they do not do that either. I ordered in June 2023 for delivery in 3 weeks and today is October 19, 2023 and no work done. Nobody calls you back. Manager, Operations and all other staff seem to constantly lie.Review from Larry B

Ordered mirrors put on our bedroom close door in Oct. 2022. They picked up the doors, and then forgot about us. Can't reach them by phone or email. Drove down to the store. They then made an appt to install. Installers did great. Next day, the mirrors started to crack. I finally got thru to them three days later. Sent people out to remove the doors. They said they would redo the work. Didn't hear from them any more. Sent emails. Left voice mail on the operations manager's cellphone, saying I want my money back. Get a call back. Made an appt to install. No-one showed up.Today (Feb 1st 2023) I sent another email demanding a refund, or I will go to small claims court.I doubt if I will hear back. To bad ... they used to a great company. Obviously no one cares anymore. With any luck, they will go out of business soon and spare others people the grief.Review from Serge D

Ordered glass window in August which was to take a month or so for delivery and installation. Paid deposit by E transfer (mistake on my part). Finally the window had arrived according to them and installation scheduled for Nov 10. No show, no calls, no explanation. M&T does not answer phone calls and direct callers to send e-mails to which they do not respond. I visited the office and was assured by *************************** that installation would be done on Nov 18th, no show, no calls no explanation ***** phone # (rules do not allow giving it) and after several calls and text he assured me for sure installation on Nov 18 again, no show, no calls, no explanations. Email and text *** and *** requesting a refund. *** 9th assured by *** that refund had been issued and it would take 3 to 5 days. The next day I challenged him as they did not have CC#, bank info to issue transfer and had to be an E transfer or a cheque. Again committed to have it done ASAP. *** I with my wife, recording our meeting on cell phone and visible to ***, showed up at the office and insisted on immediate E-transfer and that we would not leave the premise until it was done. Bingo it was done. Took over 6 months and only to find out that they never had ordered the window (As per ***).Do you really want to deal with such a companyReview from Rachel G

I would not use M&T glass again. I am in agreement with the 1 star reviews below. It took 8 months to replace a simple pane of glass on a tiny window. They broke the first replacement glass loading it into the truck (they said) and the second one installing it. They were consistently unavailable unless you took the time to walk into their showroom. And they never apologized once for the poor service and lengthy delays. They made numerous appointments to come to install and never showed up, and never called to reschedule or let us know. We had to go to their store every single time. They did skim the remaining owed amount off our credit card the day after the install, though! Without sending a bill, or asking!Review from Michelle S

CONSUMER BEWARE! The glass pane on my front door shattered in July, and I didn't have the luxury of shopping around glass companies - the name M&T stuck out to me so that's who I called and decided to go with. Big mistake. I paid a $500 deposit in July, and then was told month after month that it was a supply issue that was causing the delay. Fair enough, I can understand that. But then my installation finally gets booked, and I wait around all day, no one shows and no one answers my calls. Find out a few days later that "oh oops actually a part didn't come in yet", so they book me the following month. I cancel appointments to accommodate the time they gave me. That morning, they call to reschedule. Book it for the upcoming Saturday. I cancel all my plans again to accommodate, and they show up with the wrong glass. They told me I'd hear from someone Monday - that day comes and goes with no phone call, and no answers to my calls or email. It's now the end of November - 5 whole months since I paid my deposit. Repair still isn't done and no one is answering my calls or emails. The communication and customer service is horrendous. I wish I had gone somewhere else, and at this point I'm just hoping I can get my deposit refunded and try my luck somewhere else.Review from Gurmit V

Regret dealing with the company. Paid 50% for the two sealed glass units in May 2022. No call back yet. No response on phone, emails or FB. Went there twice and was told the units would come on Oct 17 , then promised Oct 27 but still no show.
