She is very slippery, ********************************* * ****** *** ********* I am relieved to have not used her services, but warn other consumers to be careful.Customer Response

******* statements are untrue, and follows the same pattern of ********* ********* and lack of accountability. ****** is the business owner and she is the one that suggested that we work off of the ****** website, this was not my suggestion at any point and certainly not my idea. I changed the date of my rental by 1 day (and only once, not "several times" - **** **** ** ******l) prior to ******* agreeing to the change. We settled on both dates and pricing, and ******l confirmed her acceptance to those terms in writing. Her excuse that there had been "confusion" over the rental terms was an outright lie as all of our communication was documented. There were no rude or disparaging comments made, just a clear statement that ******* was behaving unethically once she attempted to change the terms of the agreement. At no point were any threats made, this is patently false. All of our correspondence was in writing so it is clearly documented and can be provided. **** ******** ***** ** * *****, she is dishonest and should not be allowed to operate under such unethical standards. Just her suggestion to go off the ****** website was proof that she operates in a ********** manner, as that it contrary to their rules and grounds for delisting. Perhaps ******** ***** ******** ********** and ******* *** is a "top agency in Moscow" as ******* states in her response* ** ****** *** ********* ******* ********* ** ** *** **** but certainly it can't and won't be allowed to operate in Canada under our strict consumer protection laws! I strongly encourage all consumers to stay away from Wiiliams Elite Property Management and ******* **** both of these businesses engage in unethical business practises.
