The worst customer online customer service experience in years. I tried to make an online purchase. The payment went through but the order did not. I tried to call as well as filled out a support ticket. I also called several retail locations in Ontario. Not one retail location has access to online orders or able to give you direct contact to immediate assistance. I then called my financial institution to see weather they could help and was directed back to the merchant. After 2 days of this I finally got a customer service agent that was very apologetic and wet through the information process and she explained that she had to send it to accounting department. I waited 2 days and the transaction was still not cancelled. Last night at supper time i got a call from a manager of my financial institution explain that recently there was a glitch in our system and my transaction didn't go through so they were cancelling and refunding, also a $50 credit to my account for my troubles. Canada computers did not return 1 call either from myself or my financial institution. They never processed the cancelation of the transaction. I mad an online purchase for a mouse and headset, after charging my card, I received an email saying that one of my items was on back-order. The next day I received and email stating that the company was moving warehouses and that that there would be a delay in shipping as a result. When I tried to cancel my order online, I received a notification that the cancellation was being processed and would take 1-2 days. 3 days later, my order still says on back order, so I tried to cancel again. Still nothing, then a week later, I tried to contact customer support, with zero email or call back. 3 weeks later with no updates or contact from Canada Computers, I am now going to resolve with my bank. ** *** *** **** **********Review from Paris B

I purchased a CPU on June 22 and a ********* label was created. I kept tracking it, but it was not picked up. I finally contacted Canada Computers (via online ticket) the morning of June 27th and told them the tracking hadn't changed. No response, so I called them later that afternoon. They insisted that ********* had picked up the package. I called *********. They said they hadn't picked it up. I called CC back and told them this, so they filed a trace with *********. I asked if they could just send out a replacement and keep the lost one whenever they find it. They said no, it doesn't work that way. I asked if I could speak to management, they said no. After insisting multiple times, they finally said a manager would call me back that evening. They never did. I checked my online ticket - they had closed it! So I opened a second ticket, but they did not respond to it, and now that second ticket has disappeared. Today I called ********* and they said they had already closed the trace because they don't have the package, so I called CC and told them ********* doesn't have it like they had originally insisted, so can they please send out another CPU? They told me they can't do that, and that they'll just continue to investigate on their end. I said no, I need my part! Please just send a new one and keep the other one when you find it. They said no. I then asked for a refund. They said we need to "trust the process" and continue the investigation. I said no, give me the refund, and when you find the missing item, keep it. They said they can't do that. I asked to speak to a manager or anyone higher up, and they said there are no managers. I said every company has managers and supervisors. After demanding repeatedly he finally said a manager will call me later (which is what they told me the first time, and it never happened). ******** ** ****** ******** ****** *** ******** ********* ******* * ******** **** ********* I bought 13 3d printers and their 3 year warranty. They have two types of warranty 1) full replacement if anything is defective or not working 2) part replacement. For the printers i purchased they only offered full replacement. Over the first year now 4 of my printers to date went down . The first two attempts i went to richmond hill they gave me a hard time one they didnt want to replace until i finally made such a big deal they did it. Its as if they wanted to repair it secretly and avoid sending it back which is what i paid for. The next two i took to two seperate locations and they were so great and did the swap out after a quick look at it. Thank you! Now i have two more printers that went down , i tried to bring it back to the nice store but they didnt have it. Markham location did. I went there and it was an awful experience. They just kept trying to avoid fulfilling the warranty . One which had a malfunction over night pringter and the bed came apart and the filament melted on the nozzle head they said they would diagnose it for a day and then get back. They didnt get back to me after 5 days i called to find out they were saying i did not care for my printer? I told them the printer was taken care of and used daily for a year for my business. Its standard to leave printers printing overnight on long jobs . If it wasnt for the malfunction everything would be fine. The second unit did not print the filament. It clogged. They basically fixed the part and now trying to give it back to me fixed. Hello. I've visited the Canada Computers store in Ajax alongside my son, who purchased an **** controller and the extended warranty for it. The controller was purchased March 15, 2023, and the extended warranty expires in 2026. This controller worked great until a few days ago when the right bumper started intermittently failing. My son tried to use a pressured air spray to clean it up and after 30-40 minutes, the button acts up once again. We came to the store asking for a replacement under warranty. The store manager, Ronald V, stated that he can't trust us that the item is defective, and he needs to replicate the issue in store. I asked him how long do we need to be there since this isuue is intermittent and pretty random, and he said `as much as we need to'. I asked him why would a normal person come to a store with a working controller, asking for a straight replacement, and he didn't know what to say. So after talking to this person like I was talking to a wall, I agreed to leave the controller with the store for a day so they replicate the issue. My question would be how much time are they going to stress test a controller and doing their job at the same time, but honestly, I just gave up. I want to say how disappointed I am with their service. My son bought this out of his own savings, and I advised him to purchase the extra warranty, hoping that he's going to use this controller for a long time. After my experience with this store in Ajax, I can tell you that it was the last time I shopped there. This Ronald V person refused to give me a clear escalation path or a feedback form, so I'm using this as a complaint for a terrible customer service and attitude towards a paying customer.Review from sagar m

My experience is horrible . ******* ****** ******* **** ** *** *** ******** **** **** * ************ ***** *Grand Total: $764.91 they tried to sell a laptop with someone else logged in with faulty display . went there with my rental car to pick the laptop. **** *** ** * ***** ** **** ***** . but i request them to show me if this laptop is working or not . They told me this laptop is checked by our technician so you don't worry about it . but I forced them to show me . Then he pulled that laptop from the box . it literally looked like a 2nd hand but not like 15 days return product open box . he press power button but laptop was not power on then he plug charger still not . Then he accidentally press side to mouse touchpad and displays shows for movement. Then I noticed the laptop had a display problem . after multiple press displays comes. I told him the display is not working and he responded yha i think there is a connection problem inside . we finally saw display and I noticed there is some one else login. i told them it was your fault that you guys didn't did your job properly and tried to sell me faulty product . it was my presence of mind that i told you guys to show me the laptop working or not . * ** ****** *** ** ******* ** * **** *** * ***** .I'm staying far from this store *** * **** ***** **** * **** Even they have a return policy for 15 days to 30days. that's not even useful because that laptop was physically damaged. Store did not honour website flyer pricing for an instock item citing the company is not responsible for mistakes in their own flyer. Not honouring advertised pricing is anti-competitive, and deceptive. Icing on the cake? I'm in the wrong for asking for an advertised price. The associates were great. However, management came across *********** ****.
