I was looking to trade in my 2017 Dodge Charger R/T and this company said that they would be able to help me. I informed them that I would not settle for anything less than what I was trading in. I had a complete fully loaded car. Everything you could ask for in luxury, I was told that I was going to be getting everything I had in my older car in the new car except a sunroof. They offered me $1500 towards getting a sunroof so I agreed to the trade. I asked for pictures before signing the paperwork and kept getting told they were coming. I was reluctant to signing and was basically told that I would loss the car if not. When asked if I could wait I was then told I would have to pay to have them to keep looking for me. I signed the paperwork and it took more than two weeks for me to actually receive the car. The day I finally did was also the same day the first payment was to come out of my bank for it. When I got into the car it turned out to be nothing like what I asked for. It was nothing but a basic with no extras like my other car had. Completely the opposite of what I said I would trade for. I have been fighting to get this resolved since the day I received the car. They are not trustworthy and I don't recommend that anyone use this company. I felt and feel trapped because of the fact the day I received the car WAS the day of the first payment.
