    On Saturday May 20, 2022. I went to ********** 1249 London Rd Unit N 201, Sarnia, ON N7S 4T3. Upon making a appointment on the phone the day before, the employee seem to be rude and wasn't interested at all helping. Arriving at **********: -The employee had a more belittling attitude and treated me like I was inferior. -He never gave me a chance to explain -Upon receiving back phone, the job was very unsatisfactory. -The rubber bumpers on the bottom 2 corners of mt ****** Flip 4 were broken off -There was particle under screen protector -The protector was smaller then the screen -The employee continue to say that the particles underneath were air bubble but were not. -The job was sloppy and heard nothing but excuses. Poor workmanship - Not worth 45 dollars. -I had to call ******* and may have to back up my phone and send it to them to get fix. I can't go with no phone -I called the store to complain but woman was rude. After not hearing back from customer service, I tried the live chat and sent info on June 3rd 2022 even gave pictures. The agent said he will escalate the issue and it will take 24 to 48hrs to get a response. June 7th 2022 I contacted the customer service asking for a update and nothing June 14th they have no record apparently.

    We have responded with the customer. We advised the customer to come in and to help him however the customer has yet to come back to the store for assistance. Our call center representatives have attempted to assist and advise the customer of this however the customer had become uncooperative towards the representatives. Have been unable to assist further as the customer since has become unresponsive.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I work out of town with long hours. I Specifically said to customer service that I don't want the employee that put the screen protector on my phone to not touch it again after the very poor workmanship. I also work long hours. They are also closed om Sundays while I work all week and currently working during their business hours. Nothing was said about the bottom corners rubber bumpers that were broke off.
