Totally disgusted with the service o received. Bought a bedroom set ,,. **************** was terrible. When I dealt with ***** she was amazing very helpful. But then ******* took over he was very rude ,., rushed the process was not knowledgeable about none of the product .., he was just in a rush to collect the money, l still need to buy a mattress set and couch definitely will take my business else where .. where people are polite and kind.Review from Sandra A

Horrible customer service. My son, first time buying furniture, and had his heart set on a sectional. He purchased the sectional, along with a lot of other pieces of furniture to spruce up his first apartment. The delivery guys didn't deliver the first time saying it wouldn't fit. But, when I asked the store over and over to find out where it wasn't fitting, I got no answers. They would not tell me.. because they never attempted to bring it into the apartment. We then went to the store and had the employee measure the sections.. went home and measured and could not see where it would not fit. So, he had them deliver again, but this time, they left the pieces downstairs and would not even try to bring them to his apartment upstairs. So he gets his cousin and uncle to help him, and the pieces are bigger then what was measured in the store and would not fit. Called and spoke to the manager about returning and choosing another couch, and the manager was extremely rude and condescending and refused to work with my son to resolve this. My son was even willing to pay to have it returned, but the manager would not budge. So, my son's first attempt at buying furniture has left him with a couch he can't use and can't return. Poor customer service to say the least. What would it hurt them to take the furniture back and have my son pick out something smaller? How is this a hardship to them? Completely unreasonable and horrible experience! Never again, Surplus Furniture! I will never recommend your store to my worst enemy!Review from Ernie C

Poor Policy and mistreats purchasers. Does nothing to fix issues.
