    Formal Complaint Against Kingscross Motor Sports Inc. *** ********** ******* **** ******** *** ***** ************ ** *** ***  **** *****, I am writing on behalf of my clients, Ms. ****** ******* and Mr. ****** ******* to formally lodge a complaint against Kingscross Motor Sports Inc. ********* ******* ********** ** ******* ******* ******** *** ************ ** ******** ****** ********* ******** On April 25, 2023, my clients, Ms. ****** ******* and Mr. ****** *******, entered into a binding contract with Kingscross Motor Sports Inc. for the purchase of a New 2023 ******* ****** *** **** ******** ****** SUV, ********** ** *** ******* ************** ****** ***** ***************** ********** *** *****. The vehicle delivered, however, bore a different VIN, ***************** ***** *** ****** ************ * *********** ****** ** ******** ***** *** **** ** ***** **** ***** ******* ******* **** *** ***** ********* *************  ********* ************* Subsequently, my clients were directed by Kingscross Motor Sports Inc. to insure the 'Promised Car' under VIN *****************. Despite this, Service Ontario refused to add Mr. ****** ******* as a co-owner due to the VIN mismatch, causing my clients to unwittingly operate an uninsured vehicle for nearly three months* ************ *** ********** ********** ********* **** ********* *** ********* ********* *** ************ ********* ******** ** *********** ********* ************** ********* ********* ********* ******** *** ********* ***** *********** *** ** ******** ********* *** ************* ****** ** *** ****** ******* *** **** ********* ******* ** ******* *** ****** ******** ********* *** ******* ** ***** *** ******* *** ** **** ******* ***********  ** **** ******* ******* *** ** ********** ***** ****** **** *** * ********** *** ***** ********* ******* *** ******* ***** **** ********** ***** ****** **** *** *** ********* *** ***** ****** *** ****** Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.

    Deposit for 2 separate car (****** *** ***** *) was given in April 2022 & Oct 2022. Both preorders were $500 each, totaling amount $1000. After receiving no confirmation of vehicle availability for 10 months, I decided to cancel both my pre-orders on Feb 2nd. Business promised full refund on cancellation*** **** ** *** ******** ****. its been 3 weeks and i haven't received deposit nor i have received that refund was processed. I have reached out to sales rep and they are non responsive. * ********* ****** ********* *** ******* ****** *** ******** ** *************** KingCross Hyundai in Toronto is the Hyundai dealer where order was placed.     I have finally received my deposit back from the KingCross Hyundai.

It is our question if the so-called "credit application" per dealership was thorough. ** **** put down CAD 1,000 for "reserving" the vehicle while their credit background check was processing. ** **** had to go on sick leave shortly after that there was no more income coming in. I explained the situation to the dealership sales manager and received , "salvage option" which didn't mean much of solution that we had to buy a cheaper pre-owned vehicle.  The dealer provided a ****** report with 15,504 KM mileage printed on Jan 3, 2022 ********* *****: The vehicle in the deal had 47,954 KM at the time, Oct 1, 2022. The dealer proudly claimed that the vehicle had only one owner. Kings Cross Motor Inc. took it in as the second owner and put some thousand mileages on, per another report VInAudit, per my investigation ********* ****** Finally, the whole experience of, getting the misinforming materials and falsification that intended to rush the buyer *** *** ******** ** *** ***** ******** **. We pulled our due diligence and are left with the only option, going to court, which we cannot afford.
