I am writing this review because without meaningful reviews customers are vulnerable and can fall victim to unhappy contractual agreements that may result in unfavorable outcome with very little recourse. This positive review is about CURA Construction and Landscaping, from *****: Admin, to *******: Owner and *****; Project Manager, I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, commitment, and very reasonable pricing.They were recommended by our Property Manager along with others but truth be told, their BBB reviews made a difference when making the final decision. There are numerous stories about contractors who take payment and then cannot be contacted or committed to doing a good job. This was not the case with CURA, they were upfront, honest and meticulous throughout.More importantly, when we had questions they responded quickly, ready and willing to listen, and made sure we were happy with the results.Additionally, their workers were polite to our owners while on the job, the fence replacement project was completed on time, to specs, and looks beautiful. From the many interactions with CURA as President on a ************ and Board member for years, I was impressed with their business acumen, knowledge, and would highly recommend them.Review from Carol S

We're really pleased with the work that Cura Construction did for us. They were able to schedule a free estimate quite quickly and were very clear about what they'd do and the associated costs. We had them replace a paver front stairs and planter with concrete. The job was completed on-time and on-budget and looks really good. Everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. We've got a few jobs to do next year that we will likely bring them back for.Review from Paul L

We had Cura Construction remove a old wooden deck and two wooden fences with a composite deck and two pvc fences which look amazing and we are extremely happy with the results.From the planning of the build to the actual finished product all of our questions and concerns were dealt with professionally and promptly to our satisfaction. All of the employees were very polite and worked extremely hard while constructing the fences and the deck . There efforts are greatly appreciated as they had to endure very high heat and did so during long hours, some days 10 hrs ******* closing we will not hesitate in highly recommending Cura Construction to any who are entertaining the idea of having a new deck or fence built Thanks ***************Review from Edward G

Were really pleased with the work done at our place by CURA Construction. They put in new concrete steps, and a new fence and paving stone laneway. The principals of CURA provided good advice, were professional and responsive from start to finish. The crew was hardworking, meticulous and polite. More than once the crew members commented that CURA is a good employer. Thats important to me. I would not hesitate to recommend CURA Construction for any project.Review from Owen T

We purchased a new PVC fence from CURA construction and the service right from the start was amazing with ***** and *******. The install team was fantastic and worked extremely hard and we are very happy with our new fence it looks amazing. CURA did an extensive update of our backyard, which included removing an old deck and installing a large engineered flagstone interlocking area with retaining walls and curved stairs including a railing. Also included was a garden with edging and river wash with stepping stones. The work started and was completed as indicated by CURA. When we needed to make a change to the design, the addition was quickly scoped out and there was no delay to the project. ***** was very responsive to questions and kept us updated as the work proceeded. We recently had substantial landscaping work done in our backyard by CURA Construction. From the initial request for quote in Mar 2024 through to the work being completed in Jun 2024, ******* was very responsive, organized, knowledgeable, dedicated and professional. The team that completed our extensive project worked tirelessly from 8AM 8PM for 2 days and another 9+ hours on the third day in intolerable 42 degrees Celsius heat. They were professional, polite and extremely diligent in their assigned tasks. Although a few issues came up, as they usually do on any project of this magnitude, they were addressed immediately and resolved to our satisfaction.Our thanks and deep appreciation to the entire team - *******, *****, ****, ******************************** for a job extremely well done! A professional company that performed outstanding work in an efficient,respectful and thoroughly competent manner. From the initial contact and discussion of the scope and options for our fence project until the last worker left (after cleaning up the area) we were impressed and pleased. Thanks to ******* and ***** from Cura Construction for repairing my sagging front steps and for the remove and relay of my interlock walkway.They were both professional and also had a detailed portfolio with photos of many of their previous work when they came to quote my job. They even started my job earlier than they originally thought and were responsive to any concerns that I had.
