            Never completed the roof- left a huge unfinished section then pleaded ignorance. Never kept an appointment. Installed a damaged skylight that wont close properly. Never cleared debris out of the eavestrough right before winter causing ice damming and leaking inside my house, then tried to blame it on my attic insulation. Roof caps are cracking due to improper installation. To top it all off now hes ignoring all my calls for warranty. Avoid Burts roofing at all costs. Completely unprofessional.

            Burts roofing took money from us in advance and promised to do the job. Never showed up for months and months and now not returning my money back. I will warn people not to hire this company for roofing job and if you make this mistake, do not give them any advance money before getting your job done. They willl take your money and will never show up and will not return your phone call. They did the same thing with my friend too. They are known for that. I want my money back, ** taking them to the court.

            I have been dealing with **** and his crew for several years now. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work so much so that I have referred Burts Roofing to several individuals. Their work is of high quality and their integrity is stellar. 8 years after their first roofing job I have no issues whatsoever. The roof still looks impeccable and has given me peace of mind. These guys are quick to respond and do honest, competent work. They are fair and pleasant and I am writing this review as a complement to them and to let future customers know that you cannot go wrong with Burts Roofing. Congratulations on your well deserved success. Your hard work and customer service was very much appreciated!

            After the massive storm we had, and seeing all the shingles that have blown off peoples roofs had me worried. I wasn't sure if I was missing any shingles but I wanted the peace of mind knowing I wouldn't have a leaky roof down the road. I contacted ****** Roofing with my issue. They responded to me right away assuring me everything will be taken care of even with the busy schedule they had after the storm we had. I am much more at ease now knowing I won't have any major roof damage from any potential leaks, thanks to ****** Roofing. They were extremely quick to respond to the problem and fix the problem in a professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. You will not be disappointed. I will be using them for all my roofing issues in the future for sure. Five star service all across the board!**** S
