            on friday jan 27 i went to Isabella's Watch & Clock Shop because the watch battery my sister paid for last summer, went dead. the watch is for our 92 mother. we've been to this location several times/close by. last year my sister paid $20.00 for a little watch battery. they told my sister it had 5 year warranty. they also wrote down information/on watch/battery. when i went there on friday and showed the lady the watch, bruntly she said never here before. before she even took off the back cover, she said that is not there brand of battery. she said no such thing about a 5 yr warranty. so basically shes calling me, my , sister and mother liars. /. she already had the battery in and cover on, otherwise i would of said no to the battery, she said the battery was 25.00 but gave it to me for 20.00 ****** is selling the same battery , 10 for 8.49 and on a file note, when i was back in my car i looked at the watch to see the time, the watch wasnt working. went back in. had to take the watch all apart and clean the terminal connection. she charges me 20.00 and im the 1 that noticed it wasnt working.!!. no sorrry for the inconvenience , i left upset. i would like my 20,00 back and ill even bring in the battery and go buy 10 batteries for 8.49 at ******

            First of all I would like you to understand, 32 years of service in the Greater City of Sudbury and being certified watchmaker. J never never give a 5 year Garantie on the battery. No the company that made the battery give a Garantie. Your sister can join you and are could look for it on my monitor System. The we can talk it from there . Are policies are 1 year warranty on each battery. Thanks ********
