    * **** ** ******** *** **** ******** ****** ****** *** ** *** ******** **** ***** ****** I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and purchased a maternity wedding dress. What should have been a happy and exciting experience has been nothing but a headache, tears, and stress. Not only did they send me the wrong dress they refuse to refund the $630.75. They falsely advertise their products and sizes on their website and then come at you with sorry "final sale". ****** ***** ******** the stress, poor customer service, and awful communication *** ** *** *** **** **** ****** ***** ***** *** *******

    Dear Readers, this is our side of the story:

    As with all our customers, we called ****** to confirm the size she  ordered was correct and asked for measurements so that we could confirm with ******* ****. We confirmed the size needed was a UK 3. Not a UK 4. We also confirmed that as a wedding dress, and because we save customers over 30% on these bridal dresses, that it is final sale. ****** accepted and confirmed in writing that she understood that this was a final sale purchase. 
    ****** has misrepresented the truth, and wanted a free gown. 
    Further, her boyfriend swore profanities, ******** *** ***** to further her goal. 
    This disheartening event will not stop us from continuing to happily support our customers with great customer service.

    ** ******** ** ****** ************** ***** No I was never looking for a free dress in fact I said I would be more than happy to pay the extra for the dress I wanted. If it was a final sale then why did Stephanie I. approve to change the dress to a long sleeve Isabella dress as the picture I had screen shot and sent her from THE SEVEN WOMEN website? As far as confirmation regarding sizes, Stephanie I. simply left me at "stay tuned" which I did... and never heard back until I received a completely different dress on my door step. I was willing to pay the extra to receive the dress I wanted. As my partner had to order directly from ******* **** and we received the dress in a couple of days. Stephanie I. could have made this right but instead caused me SO much stress before our big day and while being 7 1/2 months pregnant. *** *** ** ***** Or is this some sick joke to put a pregnant woman through? I received a COMPLETELY random oversized dress they were not able to sell from their inventory. After calling multiples times and speaking to Cindy and Stephanie I. I was **** ****** hung up on. If you weren't wanting to help me all I asked for Is to return the dress I DID NOT ORDER and have our money refunded. ****** **** ******* ****** *** this is WRONG. As you're website states a "hassle free" return policy. In fact, incouraging women to order multiple sizes and return the ones that don't fit. So why put me through this nightmare? It didn't matter that I pleaded with Stephanie I. in tears over the phone she simply hung up on me and said she had "customers to attend to" I guess once they have a hold of you're money you don't matter. You Seven Women Maternity and Stephanie I. are just awful humans. Shame on you. This IS WRONG. NO WHERE DURING CHECKING OUT ON YOU'RE WEBSITE DID IT MENTION "FINAL SALE" that was something you threw in after. JUST BE GOOD HUMANS AND PLEASE TAKE YOU'RE DRESS BACK AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK* **** ***** ** **** *** DO THE RIGHT THING. You're a Maternity clothing company who shouldn't be putting pregnant women through this. * ***** ** **** ** ** **** ** ******** ***** **** * **** *** **** *** *** **** *** *** *** ***** ** ******
