We booked return tickets to India with ************* flying Etihad Airways. I was originally charged 3738.93. On oct 23 we decided to extend our stay and return a week or so later. ** made it sound like the difference would be cad.424.02 on the new tickets.We agreed to this difference.When we received the email from ****** ******** I was charged for the new tickets and was not refunded my previous payment of 3738.02. At no point did the agent specifically state that the total amount would be 7,900 (4162+3738), that included the ****** ******* service and airline fee.We contacted them within minutes of receiving their email and requested **Not to effect the change that was requested a few minutes ago, on Oct 23 on the original ticket.** To leave the original ticket purchased @ 3738.02. with the departure from TO Nov.25 and return from Mumbai on Dec 26, 2024 3) To refund the entire amount of 4162.04 charged to our cc with immediate effect. They claimed that the excess amount of 4000 was charged by the airline.....and this was Etihads responseNo, we do not have any extra charges for changing the tickets, change penalty of the tickets and fare difference will be charged.Any other charges will be charged by the travel agency.******* ******* *** Etihad are blaming each other. In the meantime I have paid cad 7900 for 2 tickets that originally cost me cad 3738.02. ****** **** ** *** **r refund...Thank you
