TD claim *************** for $621.49 CAD I contacted ******* September 28 2024 to cancel subscription, The subscription started on September 25 2024. So 3 days after. It was a free trial that auto-renewed into a full year subscription at 621.49. I started a claim with TD to dispute the charges on my credit card after merchant kept on promising refund and never giving any timeline or tangible update after 6 weeks. TD asks for more info. I called TD right away and the agent said I only have 2 options that allows me to obtain the refund. it was either proof of refund promise from vendor in writing or official terms and conditions citing my qualifications for refund. The TD agent was very clear that I only needed one of those documents to proceed with claim. I was assured I did not need both documents. So I showed the TD agent to ****************************************** where it explicitly says I would qualify for refund in my situation. The agent agreed after reading through the entire section together. So he updated my claim with this new info. TD now informs me I also need the proof of refund promise from the vendor. simply the terms isn't sufficient anymore. TD claims that merchant has responded with their a copy and pasted terms and conditions with zero explanation on what or which part pertains to my rejection. TD would not explain how I lost the case. TD would only repeat how merchant rejected my claim and is unable to tell me why. So whatever the merchant says goes in this case, * **** *** ******* ** ***** **** despite what the words say in black and white on their own website for refund. ** ***** *** *** ********** *** * **** *** **** *** ** **** ********* ** ******* ** ** *** **** ****** ** ******* *** *********** *** * ***** *** ******* *** ** **** ********* **** ****** * *** *** ******* ** **** **** ****** ** ***** ***** ** **** ***** **** ******* *** ***** ** ** ****** ****** *** **** ******* *** ******** ****** ***** **** ******** **** ***

I was asked to try ID assist 1-month free trial. I did not have the time to go through all the requirements to access my report, so I opted to cancel. I sent an email asking to cancel and was told they cant do this over email, so to call. I called to have this service cancelled only to be persuaded to try, seeing I have until the Nov. Fine I gave it a try for 1 day, where I was asked for 14.99 to get my report. I called again to have it cancelled as i was not paying additional money. again, I was talked into waiting. by this time, they charged my credit card. so, I sent an email saying to put in the notes I want to cancel next time I call without being hassled to keep it. also to reverse the payment. the person in the email asked for my information and went ahead and cancelled it for me. when i followed up to inquire about the reversed payment, I got an email stating they cant discuss this information via email. But I was already dealing with someone on this matter already. I just wanted confirmation the money will be put back. I asked 3 times for confirmation only to get a copy and paste email of the same message **** ** **** ******* ***** **** ***** **** *** ******* ** ** ****** *** *** ***** ***** *** * ** ***** ******** I just want the refund for services not used and unauthorized payment taken as I tried to cancel.

Hi, I applied for the TD Infinite **** credit card on the *** ****** website. It was a promotion to enroll in their ******** program and received a $200 statement credit within 90 days of application (*** ******** *********). TD cc argues that I didn't meet the requirement about applying and booking at the exact same time *** *** *** *** ** *** ************ ** **** ** ***** ****** ******** ** ***** ** *** ******* *** ** **** ******. After applying I received a message "Your application is under review". * *** **** ***** ** ****** ** ** ***** **** ******* *** ****** ****** *** *** **** **** ***********. After my application was accepted, I went back to book the flight and couldn't book it somehow. So I called ******** and I was told that my ****** had to book it when she'd received her CC because she was the one traveling. This whole promotion is so messed up that nobody seem to be able to figure out what went wrong. I have wasted countless hours over the phone to try resolving this issue without success. I have done very many CC and account opening bonus offers over the years and always got the bonuses offered. I've NEVER seen such confusion with this TD promotion. ******* * ****** ******* ***** ******* ****** *** ****** *** **** *******. *****************************************************************************  **** ******* **** * ****** ******** ******* ** *** *** **** **** ***** *** ** ***** ** ** *******. Please help with this issue. Thanks.

At that time, the account manager helped me open an account and told me that I had three offer bonuses. One of them was to open a savings account and deposit money into the account for three months to get a bonus of 500. I deposited money for four months on February 25 as required. Now I am told that I do not meet the requirements and the bonus is gone. I called the customer service number and the customer service told me that I met the requirements. **** ****** ** ******* * ********* *****.

You guys suspended my personal credit accounts due to debt on a business account. I then made the payment because your employee told me that if I made the payment I’d get my personal credit back. Called back after the payment and was told that I wasn’t getting my credit accounts back regardless. ****** **** *** ******* ** ***** **** **** ** ************ *******

Horrible customer service, not answering phone, not returning messages, unable to help at the branches in person, mis-information. Trying to close an estate account - this is TD Estates Liabilities. How are they allowed to control customer money, but not be available for support. They owe us 4000$ and refuse to respond or assist.
