Great program, wish I had done it along time ago. I can't believe I was paying time of use with my business, I wasn't even aware.

We signed up with Ontario Wholesale Energy back in 2019 and very glad we did. We were able to save money and also have peace of mind as to Hydro and Gas bills. This year, I was pleased to meet the area manager Jordon F. to renew our contract. Jordon was extremely professional, he walked me through the programs to make sure that I understood everything and took the time to answer my questions. IT is impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company to stop their service *** ** **** ** ********* We never signed to go with them. We got an email that looked as if it came from ******** stating we were being moved over to ****. I can't get anyone to send me a copy of any contract, or to even answer me back - one mailbox is always full and no one ever replies to messages left on it. **** ******* ** * ***** **** - we are paying much more for our gas than we did before they stated billing us. I really just want to cancel their services but can't seem to be able to get anyone to answer my calls and to reply to my concerns.Ontario Wholesale Energy Response
