    I have been a loyal customer and have used your services multiple times in the past. Recently, I placed an order for one item and paid for shipping. Shortly after, I realized I needed to add two more items to the same shipment. When I called, I was informed that everyone was busy, so I proceeded to place a second order and paid for shipping again. Afterward, I sent an email requesting a refund for one of the shipping fees, as I had overpaid for shipping on two separate orders placed within a short time. Unfortunately, I was told that no refund would be provided. I am disappointed with this response, as I believe it would have been fair to adjust the shipping fees given the circumstances. As a result, I will be choosing to use another company, **** ** *********** for future orders.

    We worked with Banner Buzz for three products that need printing. We’ve sent the files three times, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve requested the proofs. They continue addressing me by the wrong name in emails and are sending the proofs to someone else in the company who isn’t responsible for them, causing unnecessary hassle as she has to forward the emails to me. Each reply seems to be a pre-written template, and the responses come from different people, like Michael, Bianca, and Roman. I'm really disappointed with their customer service. While I hope the products arrive on time, I’ve lost trust in their process.

    ** * ***** **** ***** * ****** I bought business cards for an event. Paid $23 for them plus $25 for express shipping. They were supposed to be here on May 1st, today was the event, I had to buy cards from *******, not those I really wanted, just to have some. I emailed them and they blamed *****, said they could open a claim that could take up to 48h to get an answer. So someday, I still don't know when, I will receive those 50 cards that are useless now and, instead of offering me at least a refund for my express shipping payment, all they said was, we will talk to *****

    ********** ** * ******** *******. There products are cheaply made, their customer service is almost nonexistent. All they can say is sorry, which means nothing when you are trying to get help. their products arrive late even though you pay for express shipping. When I tried to speak to management they pretended they were management all of a sudden.. ***** ****** *** **********. And they will do nothing but say Sorry for the inconvenience over and over.     I ordered several items for a big event. Before placing the order, I called them and got confirmation that they will deliver on time. Did not get the items on time. The website gives a Canadian address but it is not made in Canada ******* ** ***** **** ****** ** ******** **** ** ***** **** ***  It is nearly impossible to speak to a rep. Even when we were able reach them. they kept telling us that we reached the wrong department and it is beyond their control to help. They blame the courier company but the courier company is not to be blames ** **** ****** *** ******** ******** ******** ** *** ***** **** **** ******** ***** ** *** *****

    I recently purchased a 10 x 10 canopy tent with walls from Banner Buzz. It arrived last week. There are 2 important side rails missing for the frame structure and they printed the wrong sides of the full back wall. I have to say this is the WORST first experience I have ever had with a company!! For 3 days I have been ping ponged from one representative to another. No clarification yet or straight answers! I only need to replace the back wall portion and to receive the missing rails. I have everything else brand new. Now to replace the back wall they are informing me that I will have to reorder on their site and no other way. There is no option to just select the back wall portion on their website. I was told that by default I have to order a brand new topper as well but to write a note in the comment section stating that I already have one. Basically in order to replace the back wall portion which is $365.00 + tax alone I now have to pay and will be charged on credit card the amount of $1182.00 plus shipping plus tax and that I would be refunded afterwards for the topper part that they would charge me for! I have already spent approx. $2000 for a useless new canopy tent! How do I know if or when I will be refunded? Very, very hard to get any clarification from them. They do not answer for a long time. Tonight's online chat help with a representative for 2 questions i had on this took over 45 mins. Mostly wait time. This tent is needed for a big important event this weekend! Now everything is ruined for my business! I am going to look extremely bad! I also feel really bad about writing this but it feels like I am being led around. They have no care factor but act like they do about the importance of the products to the customers once they get paid. I just want a replacement back wall and the missing rails.

    Worst experience I have ever had!! *** **** ************** ***** **** ******** *** ********** **********  I ordered 3 mounted posters all came early so I was overjoyed and I needed for a party I was planning for a client. Packaging was fine and I unwrapped and found that the poster in the middle was damaged with dents that look like they were made during the printing/production of the poster...the other 2 were fine. I have been calling and emailing and chatting with these people for almost 2 weeks and I get the same responses over and over and every time I call. I get the same message that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and they hand up. I called and tried to get a call back but nothing. You can only get a human if you call to place an order but NOT if you have a problem! **** *** on their site with a number that says they are available 24/7 - I have called 3-4 times a day for 9 days now and nothing. I finally got a human calling the order line and apparently someone will call me back...not holding my breath. Definitely not worth the price break! Too much aggravation and ZERO accountability. I usually order from ********** and these guys were a bit cheaper. I have had issues with ********** but they own it and correct right away and they are easy top get in touch with.

    ** * ***** **** ******** ***** * ********* ****** I paid for a Priority guaranteed shipping to receive my package by Feb 3rd as I badly need my orders for Saturday, Feb 4th. My order came in incomplete! I didn't receive 2 of my packages which are very important for my market tomorrow. If they cannot deliver their promise, they should not give options for customers to pay Priority shipping as it costs too much money, especially for a small business like mine, this jeopardizes my whole market plan for tomorrow without my product labels. This is so frustrating and I am very very very disappointed. My first time ordering from them and never again! * **** **** ******** ***** **** *** ********** **** **** ********

    Yes I totally agree! We also thought Canadian site and from Ontario. We called the number from the site under contact us and we reached Georgia the gentleman on the other line said they closed the Canadian site do to covid. I think you need to change the site to .com instead of .ca this is very misleading and we could not understand what he was saying. Very disappointed! Good thing we didn't place an order. ****** ****** *******
