    I too experienced extremely HORRIBLE customer services, the agent was emailed over 10 times during 2 months to expect a better quote before the due date of the policy. Nothing but delays. Now the due date has passed, forced to pay a higher quote! I told this same agent, last year, I am ********* ****** ** paying 18%, 15% and more from pervious years! Borkerlink has done nothing! I am planning on legal action *** ***********

    Horrible customer service at broker link ** ********* **, Hamilton, ON *** ***  Employ named “Logan C. “ whom I informed over email to put my auto insurance under parking he responded that it is amended later after 15 days company charged full coverage fee that person didn’t do nothing n have to pay because of there employees ******** I need my money back

    Many thanks to Amy who provided me with "ten star" service today! My ********** Home Insurance is coming up for renewal at the end of November. As a result, I decided today to ***** *** ******* *** *** down and read the 27 page document from Brokerlink that included my Billing Statement, and my Homeowner's Enhanced Policy for my ********** Insurance Policy. I was particularly interested in the details about the amount of insurance coverage I currently have for various types of losses. ** ** ********* * **** *** **** **** ** ******* I have been a client of ********** Insurance since the 1980s when I purchased my first policy at a local insurance broker in ********. Over the years, I moved to Ottawa and the office of my insurance broker's office in ******** was taken over by Brokerlink. I am very glad that I took the time to carefully read the Homeowner's Enhanced Policy today. It gave me the opportunity to identify changes to my coverage limit for items listed specifically under Personal "Specialty" Belongings and to purchase additional insurance to increase the coverage limits to reflect current and future documented market values of the artwork, and antiques that I have accumulated over the years. Although it took some time waiting for my call to Brokerlink to be answered today, I was very glad to have waited when I finally got to talk with Amy about the possibility to increase the coverage limits for my Personal "Specialty" Belongings that was currently capped at $10,000.00 (total combined limit). Amy was very patient and did her due diligence to ensure that the terms of the policy were well explained to me. She also took the necessary administrative steps to increase the limits of my Personal "Specialty" Belongings to be better representative of their current value and their potential for modest increases in value over the coming years.     I contacted them to cancel both my home Insurance with ********** and my vehicle insurance with ********* on July 3rd, 2024. Called them on July 10th, 2024 to confirm the cancellation and was told they had received our cancellation notice and we would receive a refund within two weeks. we only received a cancellation confirmation by mail by ********** insurance on August 1st and with the ********* insurance on August 13th. ** **** ****** called on August 13th, to get things clarified and at this point they had told her that there wasn't any refunds owed. *** ****** ******* ************** *** ***** **** **** ** **** **** *** ********** On August 15th, I sent an email asking for a service representative to contact me to discuss this situation, and that we expected to receive a refund. I also ******** previous communication emails that I had saying there were refunds. No one called back, so I called again on August 27th, and spoke with a male service representative and was on hold (off and on) for a half hour. This representative was very helpful and contacted ********** while i was on the phone and said that a refund from ********** was in the mail for $417.81. he also said he spoke with someone at ********* and that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. if not for me to call them back. Still waiting after cancelling my insurance almost 2 months ago. Regards, ****** **

    Super poor communication, reached out to them over 3 weeks ago multiple times (after talking on phone for 2 hours and multiple emails). Just got a email after OVER 3 weeks from Ajay. Well I’ve already been insured with a proper company for 2 weeks haha.     Bonnie C. sold me a falsely quote vehicle insurance policy - $650 for the whole year. Two weeks later she said it was $1560. When I cancelled it two weeks later due to the false quote she provided she charged me $300 for TWO WEEKS of insurance. * **** ***** * ********** ****** *** ********* ** **** ** *** *** **** **********

    Horrible service all around! From broker error counting our brand new vehicle as “used” removing the depreciation waiver policy to finding out the mistake years later and having corrected to this correction changing the policy on our second vehicle removing said waiver that was perfectly there before. Over 2 months later and still calling to have it resolved. Passing through the broker to have the insurance company fix an issue is like playing telephone, the message is not the same in the end. ***** DO NOT RECOMMEND
