** * ***** **** ***** * * **** ****** * ****** They are currently trying to price gouge us! Who charges $15K for legal fees! Even if legal proceedings have started on Power of Sale, there is no way that alone should cost $11K. I was advised that this price is reportable which I intend to do. They also failed to review our lawyers ledger and contest to the payout amount as they did not include the fee in their payout ledger. It was added separately. And when my lawyers sent them the payout agreement apparently 3 times, they did not contest to it. Only now are they saying their fees wasn't added. THEIR ERROR and now they don't want to wait for funds, they are continuing to charge a per diem until they get their legal fees paid. * **** **** ** ******** The lender should be paid out and Axess should be waiting for their funds (although i am still going to report the amount as being excessive). ** *** ****** **** **** **** *** ****Review from Terry S

I have on several phone calls, emails, texts ans so forth, tried to obtain the "Original Will" of my deceased Brother. Nothing todate after 2weeks, nor is Axess Law returning my phone calls or responding to my emails or texts. When I call *** ***** **** can't put me through to her superior, nor will she put through to anyone who can help me....all she says is you'll have to text or email us! **** ** ************** **** ** ** ******** * ***** *** **** ******* ** ***** ******* ****** **** **** **** *****
