Are they still in business? I contacted them to rent a couple of scooters and they were fast and efficient, scooters arrived immediately. A month later I wanted to return them and have not had any response to repeated attempts at contact, the facility appears to be closed.Review from David C

Product was never delivered, no communication made with me ever. Called the company phone number a week later for an update, no message service and no one calls you back. Send a message through the 'Contact Us' on the website. No communication back. Just ghosted. **** ** *** **** * ***. I ordered a knee scooter rental for $225, and was charged immediately, but never received any products. We also had a good experience with the company. They were initially slow to respond to questions, but the shipping was as fast as promised, it was easy to extend the rental, and the return shipping was also super easy. The scooter itself was great a lifesaver (so much better than crutches), no problem navigating around in a small apartment with the standard version, and my only regret is that I didn't rent one sooner!Review from Jennifer F

We had a good experience with this company. Able to speak directly by phone to organize the purchase. Able to pick up a rental until the new item arrived at no extra cost. So far have enjoyed using the all-terrain model which handles curbs and bumps and small obstacles than the previous device used from another company. like the folding option, although takes some practice to do. The seat has a bit of a slope but manageable. Overall, enjoying the ability to travel on less than flat surfaces.Review from JULIE G

This company failed to provide the equipment (a knee walker) that I paid $110 for. I was promised a reimbursement but have not received one. My issues started with this company on Aug. 26th , 2022, when the knee walker that I paid for did not arrive. I waited another week and one still didn't arrive. I was told I would be refunded. I called the company, went to the local distribution place, called the owner, left several email and messages. I have been completely ignored... and I have yet to be reimbursed. Received the last all terrain walker that was in my area. Tires have a slow leak. Really slow to respond now that I need assistance.
