            Hello, As a person trying to immigrate to Canada, you are required to take an "english language proficiency test". One of the most common one accepted by Immigrations is the IELTS test by IDP. ** ** * ***** *********** ********  Yesterday, I was scheduled to take this test for $346 CAD. **** ********** **** ********** ******** **** ** *** * **** **** *** **** ***** It consists of a speaking and then a writing part. I decided to take the online test at home. My speaking test instructor had some technical difficulties and my test was stopped and I was immediately rescheduled 30 mins later. Later, when I took the writing part, I myself encountered some technical difficulties with my laptop camera, and tried to hit "retry" but was unsuccessful so I hit "exit". This was a mistake, as it turns out. I immediately tried to log back in but had difficulties, so I emailed support as instructed. They emailed me back and forth and let me know I needed to select the "writing" button. When I thought I finally logged back in, I saw a message that my test was locked and I got an email saying because it took me longer than 5 mintues, I am now unable to take this test and will not be getting a refund of my $346. After this email, they completely stopped responding to my emails and left me sitting there. No phone calls were answered, no emails returned.
