    The service doesn’t work. There is not customer support. They have self-help online buttons that take you in a circle without solving your problem. They charged me and my phone didn’t work from day 1. I had no ability to call or receive calls on my ******. I could not text back. I posted several questions on their ******** page and explained no help has been provided and I sent emails to have them resolve the issue and I missed calls and appointments **** ** ******* *******. I still don’t know what appointments I missed. I tried moving my number to ***** from there and the whole team at ***** was not able to get this sorted out until a person at much higher level that has access to all accounts removed my number from public mobile and transferred it over to ***** and all that they were able to do in 5 minutes time. I was in tears trying to solve this issue with no help from public service. They don’t even have back end team. It tells you the emails you send them are not monitored and they also tell you to email them if you need help. None of it made sense and they charged me for one month of service which I tried canceling 2-3 days after I signed up but no you can’t cancel it. There is no option.

    My big mistake is thinking I contacted people that actually cared about their company. My second mistake was thinking they cared about their jobs. The last mistake I made is thinking they cared about me. I can say that this was an experience ** ******* **********. I was plodded and played to the point where the only thing I could conclude, is they were intentionally giving me a horrible experience ** **** ** **** ****** ****** * ********* **** ** ***** **** **** ***** **** *** ***** ** ****** ** *********** After 3 CS Agents, a manager and about 15 different replies, I still don't have an answer to a simple question of "Why did my comment get moderated"? At the end of the day, I pay $19 dollars a month for my plan. And so, even though I had a terrible customer service experience, * **** **** * ****** ***** ******* knowing I am saving money by staying with them. But, if you don't complain, nothing will change. This company would be so much better if they let the community manage itself. Because the only help I actually received was from other subscribers. So if there is a person that cares out there that can do something, the biggest improvement you can make is to get customer service providers that care about their company, their jobs and their people.

    What other reviewers said. Unbelievably frustrating and distressing experience with their customer service. My daughter's phone got stolen and they ask you to log into your account to report the phone stolen and request a new sim but you cannot log in without the phone/sim card. No live customer service, only chatbot and -- after a 1 hour search on how to contact an actual person -- chat with an agent, with 1-2 hour times for responses. Never even a live chat. Same experience when my son's phone line stopped working. Two consecutive agents insisted that I answer questions I could only answer by logging in, but you cannot log in if your SMS service is not working. ** *** ** ****** It's too much trouble for what will happen if you run into any kind of issue.

    - No terms, conditions, contract, account number, guarantee of protection of privacy and data, or other legal contract provided. - Overcharged 3 times, company did not respond. - Company has no business telephone number of service number for issues or assistance. - Company's live chat feature is false advertising, and they are not allowed to assist with issues. - Company has an online mailbox system, with no clear indication of who to email. - I disputed the charges with my bank as told. - * *** **** *********** ** ****** ****** *** my phone number was blacklisted along with my account, and a port block was placed on my device to prevent me from switching to another provider. - *** ********* involved an account block of 1 year minimum, and to get my phone number back, I was forced to go to a third party seller of phone cards and purchase a voucher for the amount the bank disputed. Since the phone number was mine, it was being held ** ******, over a bank dispute which I was well within my rights to execute. Additionally, the voucher was only sold in certain dollar amounts and an additional tax was required on top of that. - I paid the money and attempted to transfer my phone. The service provider I was transferring to ******* ****** ** * ******* ** ****** ****** *** **** * ****** ** **** ** **** ** ********* ** ***** ** ***** ********* ** ***** ******* ***** * **** ** ** ***** ********** *** ***** * *** ****** ***** - When the number transfer kept failing, I received an auto text rom Public Mobile indicating that any issues experienced should be rectified by calling a phone number.     Very disappointed in public mobile. Purchases 4 sim cards *** ****** *** ******** purchased 4 subscription plan. Total Cost over $200 . My subscription and sim work and 1 of my children's work. The others have not worked since activation on January 12. There is no actual customer service it's all robots. The robot doesnt understand anything.... I have filed a "TICKET" or attempted to several times. Most times it won't even submit my ticket. I was finally able to submit 1 ticket for one account over a week ago and still have heard nothing.... Everytime I try to log into my public mobile account it makes me change my password..... * ** * ****** ****** **** **** ****** ****** *** ** **** ** * ****** ** **** ****** ***** ** **** **** ******** * **** ********* ***** ******* *****.....     Purchased US / Can data & minutes . Arrived in the USA and nothing worked except them texting me to buy more US minutes. I could not cancel plan until I got back to Canada after 2 months. I am unable to reach ANYBODY. A computer is asking me if I’m a computer…*** ****** ** ****. I’m out of pocket $112.00 that I can’t get back for non service. ***** ** *** ****** ******* *** ***** *****

    * ******** ******* ** *** ** **** ***** I e-transfered my sign up fee a month ago and still haven't received my sim card. Now I can't login because they send me confirmation codes that their site rejects. I want my money back and I will never deal with them again.

    ******** ******** ****** ** ********** * **********. Unable to get services or even access my account going. The "Confirm Your Identity" says it is sending code by text, never received. Can call out & text, but no incoming! Do not use this service!
