    Battery only lasts 15min or less now and won't function when plugged in, so will soon be * useless ***** ** ******* with no function.     Husband purchased it for me as a Christmas gift. The product does not work. I contacted them January 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29 and February 7th. I have had little response. As the company requested, I sent a video of my product not working. Please advise.

    We purchased a product from Kala Red Light Therapy on January 9th, 2024. We received the stand for the unit on January 12th, but never received the unit itself. We thought maybe there was an error, so we reached out and were told it would be sent by the end of that week (January 15th). We have been in contact with the company every single week, and every single week they give us a new excuse. When I asked to cancel the order, they said they couldn't do that and I would have to wait for it to arrive and pay to send it back at my own expense to get a refund. This will be quite a large amount as the unit is large and heavy. And we have no idea if it is even coming as they continue to not respond to us. The stand is approximately $100 (which we will happily return) while the unit is $1800 with tax included. This is a large sum of money for us. * **** ******** *** ******* ***** *** *** ****** ** *** *********** One of the reasons we trusted this company as they had a big segment on ******** *** and have advertisements all over social media with rave reviews. **** * **** ** ****** * ****** ******** **** ********** *** *** *** ****** **** ******* *** ** *** * ********** *** ***** ******* *** *********** ****** *** ******** ***** We are hoping that you can help us resolve this issue ** * ** ********* ** ***** **** *** *********** ** **** ***** ***** *** *** ****** **** *** **** *****.     I purchased 4 items online on Black Friday. One of the items was a gift for Christmas. I received three of the four items so I contacted the business December 12 th to see where the fourth item was as it was a Christmas gift and I was worried I would not receive it in time for Christmas. I was told the item would be sent the following week and shipping would be expedited. Christmas came and went and I had to purchase a different gift for the recipient. I was not contacted by the company to tell me any updates or anything concerning the item. I contacted the company 2 days ago asking for a refund for the product I still have not received. I received a response saying as stated in their policy that I could not “ return” this item due to the nature of the product. I was not given any additional information about the whereabouts of the product ( a sauna bag) or when to expect it. I wrote back and said that since I never actually received the product it isn’t a return and I want a refund immediately because they cannot fufil the order. I was not responded to so I am making this complaint to BBB about this business and their lack of customer service. At this point I have no idea if this item is coming but I no longer have a need for it as Christmas has come and gone and I no longer have use for this as it was supposed to be a gift. I have not received the item or an eta for it. I paid a substantial amount of money for it and they are refusing to refund my money. *** ****** ***** ** **** *** ***** ** ** *****
