I have placed previous orders with this company without any problems. Shipping can take an extraordinary long time especially on the West coast, so you may want to plan accordingly if you want your item to arrive by a certain date, to order well in advance.This past Christmas I placed an order, items were shipped, and I paid the bill through the company's webpage. First of January I received an invoice telling me that I still owe them money because they only ESTIMATE the taxes, and since there was a difference between what taxes were and what they estimated the taxes to be, I now have to pay the outstanding additional charges. Taxes on goods they sell are calculated by the company making an estimated guess on your purchase. There is no notice of this on their webpage anywhere. This has not happen with previous orders I have made with them, and I'm not sure why it has happened with this order. When a customer completes their transaction via their webpage, please be advised that you may end up paying more after you've received your order due to this glitch they have on their website.For me, this is a very deceitful way of doing business. It is relatively easy to set a webpage up to calculate proper accurate taxes to a shipping address. This task should absolutely be completed on their webpage prior to offering any item for purchase, and or at least have a notice on their checkout page informing customers to expect further costs do to their inability or unwillingness to address correct tax adjustments on their official webpage.

This is an outline of my online ordering experience with this company.
I ordered a puzzling table on 03/17/2022. I received a confirmation of my order. The purpose of this order was to give the table as a gift to my wife on April 5th. After two weeks I followed up on the order only to find that my order had been declined and cancelled. They indicated that my Credit card had been declined and that this sometimes occurs when the postal code is incorrect. this was on 03/29/2022. I really like the table, so I tried placing the order again. Again I received a confirmation and then the next day an email stating that it was declined. At this stage I gave up dealing with the company and went elsewhere. So if you are interested in their puzzle tables and find yourself reading this, ***********, much easier. I easily ordered a similar product elsewhere. It was shipped the next day. On April 5th I received an email from Bits and Pieces indicating that they have charged my credit card and shipped my package. I checked my credit card and this was true. I find this to be in appropriate and poor customer service. If you state my card is declined what give you the right to run that card again 7 days later. I don't recall giving you permission to do this (perhaps this is in the fine print). So then I called in for assistance and they did say I can return the puzzle table at my own expense. I do not know if they way they handled my Credit card information is legal or not but its certainly nothing a few phone calls couldn't sort out. If you are going to do business online, have a plan for timely customer service. I recommend not dealing with this vendor.
