Only gets a 1 star because zero star is not an option. Never ever bring in a car for them to buy. They will undervalue it by at least $6k. They will *** ** *** *** say that deals aren't available and then blame the salesperson for being junior when you call them out on it. They will add etching and some other charge on a final bill saying that the car has already had those things done and that they have no choice but to charge you. These things added up to about $800. They will *** *** say that every dealership adds these things in, and that they can't remove them, until they do. Threaten to call OMVIC (the regulating body) if they don't take them these charges off. Lastly, they will *** *** say that they don't negotiate over prices when discussing their vehicles. Take a careful look at all the negative reviews on Google before you buy anything here. You're better off going a bit further to another Audi dealership. This dealership gives all of Audi a bad name, and it's made even worse by how shamelessly they try to pull one over on their customers.Review from Stephanie G

I am OR should I say was a loyal Audi customer, with 2 prior Audi vehicle purchases. Audi called me in to turn in my S Line 2020 Q3 with the promise of a great deal on a Q5 . I went to the meeting only to be insulted and lied too! Sales person Alexs stated after taking my car for all of 7mins to check it over that I needed new back brakes on my car that has 45K km's on it and that this would be a huge ding in the value of my trade in, and brakes were required right away! Then priced a Q5 base model at $825.00 a month after me stating a couple time I wanted to pay NO MORE than I am paying now $750.00 a month! After this discussion I asked Alexs to check the numbers again he refused and showed me the door!! I called the sales manager to complain and she promised me an amazing Q5 for $700.00 a month but said deal only last 1 day, I rushed in to find the SAME basic Q5 waiting for me! I left with NO apology and NO recognition to a loyal customer! After this I will go else where!!! Beware of bad customer service at AUDI Windsor Ont! Stephanie ******
