            I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the cockroach control service provided by your company at *** ****** **** On September 27, 2022, I paid $672.35 for a one-year guarantee, expecting the eradication of cockroach infestations from my property. Unfortunately, the service proved to be utterly ineffective. Instead of eliminating the cockroaches, their numbers seemed to multiply, making the situation even worse. As a result of this subpar service, my tenants were unable to tolerate the persistent infestation and were forced to vacate the property on May 31. The house remained vacant from June 1, 2023, onwards, and despite your team conducting treatments on June 2 and June 17, the active cockroach presence on the floor persisted, rendering the premises uninhabitable. I am deeply disappointed that the treatment failed to live up to the guaranteed standards, and I now demand a full refund of the amount paid for the ineffective cockroach control service. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss for me, and it is only fair that I am reimbursed for the unsatisfactory service provided. I expect a prompt response from your company and a resolution to this matter in the form of a full refund. Please ensure that this issue is handled promptly and professionally to avoid any further escalation.
