    We hired ****** Family Pools May 2022 and gave him a deposit for 25,000$. ***** ****** said our pool would be started at the beginning of June and completed within 10days weather permitting. ***** answered all calls and messages prior to getting a deposit. After receiving a deposit he very seldomly would answer our calls or messages. May25 he told us we were “next” and should be getting started next week. We didn’t hear from him again until June13, when he told us “next Monday” would be our start date. Weeks go by, No word from *****. July7 dig started and & we gave him another 10k. Pool walls installed on July14 and we noticed that the pool was 5inches higher than our current cement so you’d have to step up into the pool.this was not OK. Nor did ***** even mention it. He assumed we would be “fine” with a step. Aug1 we got cement, gave ***** more $. Aug3 we find out ***** has moved to CostaRica, we attempt to contact him and continue to be "ghosted". We finally get a response on Aug25. Now ***** ***** & ****** ****** are taking over the installation of our pool. Sept19 our grout gets finished, we paid $2500 but withheld 2000$ however; making sure there was enough to pay for the grout work. We held back the 2000$ because responses we get are few and far between. We haven’t seen ***** since Aug1 and only has replied to 2 msgs, we were loosing hope. We asked for some reassurance, ex. Yard cleaned up or some equipment & we’d give remaining money, he refused. Jason&****** installed liner 09/20, ***** said he'd be back that week to finish but never came and Haven't heard back. ***** continues to insist if we send remaining 2000$ our pool would have been done already, however other clients have paid in full and are in same situation as us. ***** has NO response for this. Just keeps sending his email for an etransfer. We are still missing pool equipment, ladder, safety cover and work on liner and yard needs to be cleaned up.

    Hello, In 2020 Ganley family pools installed an above ground pool for our family. The was an issue with our installation. The support beams are sticking up from the bottom of our pool and has caused our liner to rip and we have a leak. ***** was immediately informed of the issue right after installing and we were promised for the pool to repaired and a new lines to be replaced. Because of covid and the supply issues we were understanding that this couldn't happen immediately. ***** told us he was coming many times and never showed up. Him and his brother stopped answering our calls and texts and his brother even blocked my husbands number. We paid in full and now this is going to cost us way more to fix and replace a brand new pool liner.
