    Cannot manage to get orders right *** ******* ******** ******** We used VMF Sportswear last year for our local house league hockey in ***** ****** with multiple errors to orders received. When it came to sizing and order day only massive sizes were provided as examples. Same thing this year in *********** for our team. ** ***** team ***** ***** **** * ****** player’s pants were sent in the wrong size. Our team manager and coach have been contacting Vito constantly and we have still yet to receive what we paid for. We also haven’t received any of our team’s practice socks which again, have been paid for. Vito is now off until the New Year and has made zero effort to provide us with what we have paid for. ** **** ****** *** **** *** ** ********** ****** He used iron-on player numbers on jackets and pants which the majority have fallen off within the first week of wear. I am completely disappointed, frustrated and I would NEVER recommend anyone (teams included) to ever use VMF Sportswear.

    Hello, we apologize if you have had this negative experience. First of all what you say is not true and at any time we can provide correctly sent delivery orders, balances of goods sent and emails from the people involved apologizing on your behalf for the incorrect information you provided, and confirming that there are no disputes or errors or shortages. You and use inappropriate language and we will take measures to protect ourselves from your accusations. Everything has been ordered and delivered, paid and delivered and there are no B/O and nothing pending, we invite you to verify before **********, so I assume your information is completely wrong, as usual. We have notified all the people involved to clarify this as we have nothing to say or give. If some non-VMF items arrived late it is not VMF's fault but the supplier's B/o, and it was promptly communicated. Our customer service responds within 1 hour to all requests without exception and we have not received any emails regarding what is mentioned in your review, we have excellent communication and working relationship with all our customers. Both for 2023/2024 you persist , on time for one time another time for another thinks, error can alway appen but VMF is always ready to fix and you never contact us , except for this review. You are writing reviews everywhere and you are doing everything to discredit us for no reason, this is not about the failure to deliver a pair of pants, but the desire to cause damage to our image. You have already been warned by email by the people concerned not to continue with these insults and accusations. We understand your frustration but if this continues we would be forced to contact the relevant offices to protect VMF. At any time we can demonstrate that what you say and accuse us does not correspond to the truth as well as providing emails of the people mentioned confirming that what you say is out of control and does not correspond, but you continue to accuse and insult us. . You have received the refund even if it is not due, but it continues and we would be forced to act accordingly. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with VMF, we always do our best, thank you for your FeelBack, it will definitely help us improve the service. But you are an isolated case fortunately and talking about theft for 1 pair of pants that we refunded is RIDICULOUS VMF Customer Service

    Thank you for your response and it appears that we will agree to disagree. We were forced to order new pants outside of VMF (same brand and style from *****) which we received delivered to our home within two business days. This is something VMF failed to do within eight weeks of knowing this issue. In your response you state “You have received the refund, even if it is not due…” I do not understand how you think a refund was not due when we paid for a product you never delivered. At the end of the day, I am not satisfied with VMF’s support in this matter but after many points of contact between VMF, *** **** ******* *** **** ***** we have finally been reimbursed (as of last week), and like I said we bought our pants elsewhere.

    I'm glad you solved it. As you may know and as those responsible also know, online channels like costs are different processes. Serious suppliers !! like us turn to the warehouse that manages this including the big STORE brands that have the same problems as us, online orders are managed by a different WAREHOUSE, if instead of unleashing a fuss you had called VMF we would have responded immediately and explained, but now there is no point in continuing this conversation. It is important that the player has his own pants. Thanks anyway for your reviews, they will help us improve our already good service Thanks Customer service

    Made an order back in Feb 2024. The hockey Bag was the wrong size and didn't fit my goalie gear. Vito told me he would order a new one. As of September 2024 still no bag. I request a refund. Vito agreed and I asked for a receipt that was Sept 30. I still have not received a refund or a receipt. * ***** ********* ***** ******* ******* *** **** ****** ******

    Dear Mr. *******, I am sorry for your experience, but in the order you specified the bag of a specific size and it was delivered correct, only after you contacted us that it was not what you expected, at our expense we tried to accommodate you and reordered a new bag at our expense, or we offered you a refund and you opted for the new bag, however we told you that it will take TIME. ,. We emphasized that these are Customer products created on the spot and that no one will be able to make a bag like this for just 1 piece and this takes time. Confirm that in September you requested the Refund and although the second bag was in process we again satisfied your request and agreed to re-issue the refund. Now the refund is made on the same credit card that you used to process this order and does not arrive via email transfer as you request, the refund policy is online and takes your time as reported, this does not depend on us but on the banking system. So soon receive your refund, I apologize for your displeasure but we tried to accommodate you as best as possible, despite everything. So I believe we have provided you with the best assistance reserved for your case. Thank you Custome Service

    As long as the refund comes, I’m happy however you told me July 25. You would deliver me the bag in person when you delivered all the other bags for the other team you’ve broken your word multiple times and I asked you to send me a receipt that you processed the refund. I never asked for E transfer. I said send me a receipt of the refund because I went to ********** and it is been over seven business days and there’s no refund on record to send me a receipt of a refund you already processed

    Mr. *******. once again, the return procedure is an operation that is done directly on your credit card and has already been done, once the request is sent it is processed by the ecommerce system as a refund. Regarding the promise to come to you in person, it was never made, it was only mentioned that IN CASE I would have come to make a delivery in your area IN CASE THE bag was ready I would have brought it as a favor. The bag originally ordered was not wrong but corresponded exactly to what you ordered, we tried to accommodate your request as a favor but nothing would have been due. I will not add anything else, I find this conversation inappropriate and because of this we will certainly not facilitate other situations, you never stop learning. The refund has already been made 2 days after your request, with this nothing to claim Thank you
