We originally got our rear brakes and rotors replaced August 15th, 2022 due to suspected warping of the rotors, and the front brakes and rotors done on October 4th, 2022 for the same reason. Since then we have had them replaced 4 times under warranty due to them warping continuously despite being replaced. They were done most recently on June 19th, 2023. This August we noticed continued issues and took it to a shop in the town we moved to and were told the rotors were once again warped. I reached out to Phobia Auto to rectify the situation as the parts are still under warranty on August 10th, we communicated until Thursday, August 17th, 2023 at which time I was told the owner would contact me, after it was suggested that the cause of the issue was driver error (this had never been brought up until I raised concern). After this time we have not received any communication, my father went to their location in Martensville and found an empty building despite no communication regarding them permanently closing. Today when I reached out to the owner on *********, he stated I had not responded to them (which is incorrect as seen in the attachments). He then said I could contact him via email at service@phobiaauto.com and "someone will be in contact should they choose." The shop I took it too stated they were poor quality rotors and pads, despite us paying for high quality parts, as seen on the invoice included from the new shop. I offered to return the faulty parts to Phobia Auto so they could redeem their warranty and be covered for the parts so I could be refunded. I Would like to be refunded for the work they did as it clearly did not fix the problem that they diagnosed and required me to re-pay for the same work to be done at another shop as the car was no longer safe to drive. I have uploaded invoices as well as screenshots of the communications between myself and the shop and owner.
