  Aug 25th. 2022-Cancelled my first booking with Moose Jaw Inn, called the Days Inn was told sold out but could give me another hotel. Arrived later, rooms seemed clean. No overpowering disinfectant smell. Went to sleep and left early in the morning, for apt, in Regina. Returned home very late Friday evening. Aug 27, 2022- When I got up in the morning to shower I noticed red spots on my ankles, my neck, back, my right shoulder and on the inside of both arms. Spots were in a row pattern, so I took all the necessary precautions with my bedding, luggage and clothing. After several loads of laundry and drying on very hot temperature and the use of bed Bug spray, I was hopefully to have avoided bring them home. I have taken pictures of the bed bug bites and have contacted the Public Heath Inspector. I have sent several pictures of my arms and shoulders to the Public Health inspector. I tried to notify by email the manager at both emails ****************************** and at the email on the web (*********************) plus I called and asked to speak with the manager ************. The front desk clerk asked why I wanted to talk with him and when I explained was abruptly told "We do not Have Bed Bugs!" I have also contacted ****** hotels at 1 ************ case #******** as they also are going to look into this matter. The hotel should offer some compensation! I am 70 years of age and have traveled and had to stayed in far less suitable conditions, BUT have never come home with bed bug bites. I feel that a refund of $89.00 is due, I will absorb the booking agents fee. Trusting you will look into this matter.
