            I booked on Line with ******* for a nights stay 08/25/22 at the Moose Jaw Inn. Upon arrival I was shocked with the unkept condition and the overall appearance of the premise (definitely not as pictured in hotel description). The lobby was dirty, old soiled chairs, and it reeked of a overpowering use of disinfectant. The lobby was a liquor outlet! I ask to be shown the pool, only to find entrance poorly maintained and clean and sauna marked, closed. The room I was shown smelled no better was dingy and really didn't look clean! I have health issues and was having problems with my allergies due to the "Enhanced Cleanliness" When I contacted ******* I was asked to drive back to the hotel as they had been unable to to contact them. I handed my phone to the front desk clerk and they were asked to cancel my reservations. I was then told the manager won't be in until the morning. I have tried to contact the manager, left my name. He refuses to refund my booking both with me and *******. I have filled a complaint with ******* and also with my **** as I DID NOT WANT TO STAY ***************************** I have also contacted the health board as this place shouldn't be providing lodging nor providing food. How they pass inspecting is beyond me. All I want is a credit from this business as they did not give me a room. I went elsewhere! The front desk clerk dismissed my concerns, was very unhelpful and didn't really care. *************************************************************************************
