  See desired settlement below. 494.00, plus tax for warranty part replacement. I wasn’t given the courtesy from tbs to have it fixed free at ********* **********. Tbs went ahead and fixed the regulator that was under warranty (free in *********), and tbs took 552.00 (926.00 invoice ***** - invoice ***** of 374.46) fix a warranty issue. They have not offered any monetary refund all this time after several phone calls with *****. He quit discussing this with me and had the secretary email me. I will include the emails also. Original work, dec 2021, same thing November 2022. Original receipts.

  HI, the part that is of a concern was installed initially at the **** ** ********** and unfortunately the price of that part had changed since the original purchase that is not in our control . The original part was installed and the concern for a warranty part was addressed as instructed by the manufacturer that the part  was covered but labor was not covered and was to be at the expense of the owner . unfortunately the labor charge is not warrant able or refundable. The last contact with the owner was regarding another part failure and unfortunately we could not accomodate an appointment in the near future.  If the dealer is installing the part  for no charge that is also not in our control.  There is no refund or rebate available as the work requested was performed.  Thank You *****

  I am rejecting this response because:

  Tbs is saying that I did not pay for labor or parts for this warranty regulator replacement. I am showing the real receipts and bank statements that I did pay, and I paid more for the original part plus shipping. Amount around 500$

  HI as previously stated, the part was warranted and credit was issued to you in full for the replacement part, the labor to install the part was not covered by the manufacturers warranty.   After we received  confirmation of warranty and a credit from the dealer you were reimbursed for that amount in full  .  The Original vehicle manufacturer warranty had expired, if it had an existing warranty the dealer is only capable of providing any warranty as we are not a ********** service department. We had discussed the issue with you and the dealer and as they also informed  you in full about parts warranty,  I had provided you the services as requested by you in full, with out any concerns until an alleged part had again failed .  The issue of not providing you warranty information to have you vehicle fixed in another city at the dealer has nothing to do with the repairs or replacement parts provided. We did discuss this with them yesterday when concerns regarding this issue with your warranty were again brought to there attention.  Please review the vehicle manufacturers part warranty .
