On August 20th, 2024 @8:30am I brought my vehicle in for a warranty check on my whole vehicle but mainly asked for them to look over my suspension, they declared everything was all good but they only did the suspension due to running out of time which i got a call for pick up at 5pm that day. When i arrived to pick up my vehicle they said they would drive it around for me which i said ok too. I then stop at the store beside them before i got into my car then proceeded to drive home. I found out when i parked my vehicle on the drive way that my front lip on my bumper was broken which is wasn't like that when i dropped it off to the. i then tried calling which they were closed so i waited till the next day to call when i got a chance. The lady answered the phone and i explained the situation she said she would talk to her techs as there was 3 or 4 driving the car, moving it and test driving it. She said the techs noticed it was crack but wasn't sure if they did it or if it was previous. I sent her the before and after of the vehicle parked outside of there establishment. She then said the owner will reach out but i was offered $*** or a store credit. i said that's not enough to repair the lip, i then sent a quote the followed up a few times during the week awaiting a response so i went and ordered another part to replace it because i didn't wanna be driving around with damaged piece on my car. after 3 weeks almost i get a call from the owner saying that he will not be giving me anything now because i submitted a bad review.

We are not saying any damage did or did not occur while the vehicle was at our location, but the way the customer handled the situation looks like he is trying to extort money from us.
After contacting us about damage, we found a replacement part from one of our suppliers (including tax and shipping) for the amount we offered him as either as direct payment or a credit at our location.  He refused this amount, he proceeded to order the part himself and expect us to pay the full amount of his purchase (we never gave him authorization to order the part himself).  Because we refused to give him a full reimbursement, he proceeded to leave a bad review on ****** about our shop.  Shortly after, upon advisement from his lawyer (as per his email), the ****** review was removed, and he decided to send the statement to BBB.
Thank you for reading this and look forward to hearing from you to resolve this issue.
