            I'm sending this complaint on behalf of my elderly parents *** and ***** ******. They had sewage backup all through out their basement on May 28, 2023 at their residence *** ********* ** *****. On this night we were able to get ahold of insurance and Lydale restoration to come out to clean up some of the sewage and dry some of the carpets out. Lydale attended the next day and tore parts of the carpet out and did not complete the cleanup leaving some sewage in the basement. My parents were told on at least 5 to 7 different times they were coming out to complete the clean up and start the tear out process. It is almost 3 weeks since the night of the storm and no one has been back out to clean up not only the rest of the sewage but the carpets, wall, appliances that had raw sewage all over them. My parents spoke to people from Lydale, left messages with Lydale whom said they will be out the next day. This was almost three weeks ago and raw sewage still in the basement with the smell.
