    ******** ****, They promised and made guarantees about scaling your by 30k each month in business within 90 days or a full refund. They sold us outdated information that will not work unless you spend more money, which was not mentioned during sign very misleading. I wasn’t given a full refund as promised because that said I didn’t “meet their requirements”. I still had two more weeks until my 90 days is completed which is 12/8/23, which would have allowed me to complete the requirements? Instead they locked me out of the system and kept my 5700.00$ And offer no Resolution

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by Mr. **** regarding his experience with our coaching program. We take all feedback seriously and aim to provide a transparent and fair resolution.

    **** joined our program on September 8, 2023, after several interactions, meetings, and a thorough review of our terms of agreement. Initially, he actively participated in calls and even rated a support call he attended positively at "9/10".
    QUOTE from a call with ****, "I got an open mind and I want to try it, I love the program, I know this will take me to where I want to be"

    However, over time, **** stopped attending calls and communicating with us. We reached out many, many times to reengage him to no avail.
    After nearly 2 months of non-communication with us, **** reached out to request a refund.

    Regarding the refund request made on November 22, 2023, we informed **** that we would assess his eligibility based on predetermined criteria (attached for reference). During the assessment, which is a standard procedure, we temporarily restricted access to his account until a resolution could be reached.

    **** did not meet the required criteria for a refund, having fulfilled only 1/7 of the requirements (assessment attached). Despite his dissatisfaction, we uphold the integrity of our refund process to ensure fair treatment for all clients.

    We remain committed to the success of our clients and regret that **** did not experience the outcomes he desired. We value constructive feedback and continuously strive to enhance our program based on client experiences.
