We purchased a 2022 **** ***** ******** on March 13, 2024 with 26,900 kms. from Auto Gallery Subaru in Regina. We were told the car passed inspection and was safe to drive to our home in Calgary. Upon trying to register the vehicle we were told it did not pass inspection and could not be registered because their was abnormal wear on the tires, they were bald and not safe to drive. This was from a registered out of province vehicle registration dealer. Tires should last more than 40,000 kms. We also had it inspected at ******** **** and a private auto mechanic and was told the same, that the tires were bald. We had to pay over $2000 for new tires and a wheel alignment to pass inspection. This was done April 4 and 5. We tried contacting ******, the sales manager at Auto Gallery Subaru and he is not responding to emails, nor is the finance manager ***** or our sales rep, ****** Driving from Regina to Calgary could have had a serious outcome with the bald tires, which were unsafe to drive. We want the money for the tires and wheel alignment reimbursed to us which is $2303.15. They have lied about the safety of the vehicle. Upon further discussions with tire experts, there is a thought that the Auto Gallery took the original tires off the **** and replaced them with the bald tires, as there is no way tires need replacing with 26,900 kms. **** ********** ** **************

I took my 2016 Subaru Outback for a new windshield to ************* and after replacing the windshield they could not get the Eyesight Technology recalibrated. I then took the vehicle to Auto Gallery Subaru (AGS) in Regina Jan 20th, 2021 to have the calibration completed. I received a phone call from AGS and they said that the vehicle needed new cameras and the cost would be about $3000. I informed them that the cameras had already been replaced on the vehicle in 2017 after a hail storm and was very skeptical that this would be the issue. AGS contacted Subaru Canada and they said they would pay for the camera as a "good will" gesture if I was willing to pay the labor costs for the calibration. I agreed and Subaru Canada sent AGS a set of cameras to install. AGS contacted me and said they had received the new cameras and installed them but the new cameras were faulty and had ordered another set. I again explained that there was no issue with the cameras and that something else is causing the issue. AGS said it's definitely the cameras and they would install the new set. AGS contacted me after installing the second set of cameras and said that they still were unable to calibrate the vehicle and would have to remove my brand new windshield and install a new one. The new windshield replacement would cost $1200. Again, I voiced my concern that the windshield was the issue but was assured that this would fix the problem. AGS contacted me after installing the new windshield (the one they removed was only a week old) and said they could not calibrate the cameras and wanted to pull out my now one day old windshield and do some measurements and install another new windshield at another $1200. I told them not to touch my car anymore and went to pick the vehicle up. I ended up with a $2700 bill from Auto Gallery Subaru and my vehicle was still not calibrated and had a dent in the quarter panel on the passenger side and scratches on both the driver and passenger front quarter panel.
