    I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at the Tire Center of your Costco location in Regina on May 23, 2024, at around 11:15. I had purchased 4 tires online and set up an appointment. I brought my vehicle in for tire service and was informed by an employee, whose name I did not get, that they could not remove the tire due to incorrect lug nuts. These lug nuts were factory-installed and the original lug nuts. When I explained that I had successfully removed a tire that morning, the employee responded rudely, suggesting I "go back to the farm" if I wanted the tires changed. This behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable.     My recent experience with Costco Tire Center. On AP 9, 2024, April assisted me in buying tires. I received a call from Costco on Ap 13th at 10.21 am, booked my appointment for Ap 16th at 9:45 am. When I arrived for my appointment after arranging my schedule & making arrangements for my child, after waiting in line, I was informed that I was not booked for service. Despite showing evidence of the call I received, I was met with rudeness & lack of assistance from the staff member. She got upset with me & rudely told me that she can't do anything. After rescheduling & returning on Ap 18th for a 2nd appointment, I encountered further issues. I picked my son early from school & took him with me. I was informed that the service would take approx 1 hour & 15 minutes. However, after waiting for 1 hr & 6 mins, I was told that my car could not be lifted due to missing some part. The staff member's response was dismissive & unhelpful. It took 1 hr & 6 mins them to figure our tires can't be changed. In this time, tires supposed to be changed. After waiting noone called me so went to the desk & asked about my car. A girl was there & started reading why tires can't be changed & they put tires in my car. They didn't inform about this, without my permission they put tires in my car. other girl told me “Unfortunately we are living in imperfect world & it did not happened as per appointment." These girls were very rude & not helpful at all. I asked them to process my return of tires, she told me bring your car to center, give tire back, come inside & get your refund. with my son this was to much. I brought my car to center, they took tires out & left my car dirty & no space for passenger to sit. Throughout these interactions, the staff members involved displayed rudeness, unhelpfulness, & a lack of concern for my situation. This experience has been not only time-consuming & frustrating but also costly, as it required multiple trips to the store & resulted in missed work hours.
