    I purchased a refurbished stove in January 2023, I rented a vehicle to pick up the stove, when I got to the store, they did not have my stove prepared, I was then asked to move other stoves in the shop to get to mine. When the salesperson was able to get to the stove, they used a lifter that did not have straps on it, causing the oven door to smash, and was unusable. After battling with the manager I was able to get a stove that was a little higher priced, but still refurbished. Since I had rented a vehicle and brought my old stove to the shop, I did not want to leave without an oven. A month after I had the stove, the oven broke, becoming unusable, a few weeks after the burner on the stove did not shut off, and continued to increase in temperature (upon research I found out that this oven was recalled for this very concern, burn and fire hazard recall from **). I left a ****** review to tell others of how unsatisfied I was, the company phoned and said they would look into the issues with my oven, but did not follow up. I waited a week and called, I was told that they would not do anything for me, and that they did not even have technicians in Regina to come out and service my stove, they only thing they could do is offer me a discount on another stove. I am now left with a stove that I cannot even plug in, I am now going to other companies for a repair on a stove that was sold to me with issues. I could have bought a new stove with the money I have sunk into this one, with only one month of use.

    July 4 2022 called for options to purchase a washer and dryer. Agreed to price for delivery on Wednesday July 6. My daughter took the morning off so the company could deliver the appliances on Wednesday at10 am. The company told me they could not deliver the appliances. After trying unsuccessfully. The company sales person answered the phone and notified me that arrangements would have to be made to deliver Saturday instead.. as this would not work for us I requested a refund. The sales person called back and said they could as long as they could keep $50 for their inconvenience which I agreed too. After not receiving a refund to my cc I asked the same sales person about it. He then mentions that the must sell the unit in question to another purchaser before they can refund me.
