    Dropped off income tax information for company to do in April 2024, and have been unable to contact them. No return phone calls. Phoned them May 14th, May 21st, June 18th, June 27th and today July 18th. I need the taxes done to settle an estate. I have used them in the past with no issues, now they are not even returning calls. I want to pick up the income tax information I dropped off so I can settle a family members estate taxes.

    I left my 2023 income tax file with Elliott and Associates in Saskatoon in April 2024. I have not heard from them since. I have tried phoning many times leaving a message to call me back. Nothing. Today June 6, I stopped by the house where the company moved to since last year and where I dropped off my file in April, and no answer at the door either. Mailbox was empty. A truck parked in the driveway with 2 low tires. I need this resolved as there will likely be CRA penalties.

    Yesterday afternoon we received a phone call from him saying he found my note in his mail box and that income tax is ready and has been for a long time. Told him we were not notified and had left several messages on phone asking him about it. He had serious family health problems he was dealing with so it might have been set aside. I am satisfied with the outcome. Thanks.

    I have not been able to obtain copies of mine and my wife’s tax returns for 2022. They said they would send them but never have and don’t answer the phone or take messages.

    My wife and I engaged Elliot and Associates to complete our 2021 income tax return (US and Canadian). We engaged (and provided all documents including all highly sensitive and confidential personal information you'd expect to see and need on tax returns) in June of 2022 fully expecting it would take a few months to complete. After a few months, my wife started to do routine check-ins with the company on the status of it, as we hadn't seen anything, nor heard from them on questions/additional requests/etc. At the start of these check-ins, they'd answer our call and indicate that the file was under its 'review' stages. After weeks went by (and occassionally hearing the same story), they stopped answering my wife's calls altogether. It has been months since we've heard from them (despite our numerous attempts to contact them - My wife even tried going directly to the business mid week day only to learn they were closed that day). Long story short, we have attempted numerously to contact them by phone (and now by email) and no word. These individuals have our most sensitive information (SIN, occupational information, income information, personal situations, etc.) I sent them a FINAL reminder via email first thing Monday morning (January 23rd) asking for a RESPONSE (not resolution, but simply a response) by end of day Wednesday, January 25th before we took action, and again, radio silence. They have our contact information (phone and email), and have made zero attempt. I need help, before I take this further to some sort of legal action. All we have requested is our information back, so we can engage another firm to actually perform the service we engaged them to do, which was to complete our joint tax return. We need your assistance
