            We hired ********** to construct a home at lot 4 elk ridge Saskatchewan. As soon as we signed the contract and gave him 204050 this was the deposit. The nightmare began he told us he had a million dollars in lumber but we needed to give him a additional 15000 for lumber pricing. We unfortunately did. We also gave him money for flooring garage doors plumbing fixtures some he paid some nothing and some were shorted. He was given over 230000 dollars in total. When we terminated the contract with a lawyer ************* on aug 17 of 2021 the ******* was called in it was evaluated at 17.1 percent completion. On feb 22 2021 we entered into contract with Barry homes development inc. we were misled **** would misrepresent himself *********************************************************************************** **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** The ******************** put a hold on are building permit until he would follow the bylaws as set forth by ******** and *********************.. He misled us on size of windows and colour of totally wrong size and wrong colour we have email showing how he misled us. He told us we had vaulted ceilings and a email to support this but no vaulted ceilings in blue prints we found out from the draftsman who heard **** tell us that we had. He told us he had a team of people working for him it was my wife and me. He constantly asked for money 3000 dollars for a zoom boom rental and for a lazor to read elevation and other stuff. Constant delays on building house 2 stop work orders one on July 17 no building permit one on aug 11 deficiencies and engineer stamp on retaining wall. ******************************************************************************* Lawyer told no money for him until roof was on. We had walls and windows no roof. He didn't pay for windows or concrete.
