my recent dealing with Sherwood Chev Saskatoon body shop I took my truck here for a simple insurance claim girl at front desk booked me in after a short wait as per ordering all parts . dropped truck off and loaner car ready no problem wait the 4 days as per there time line they call and say my truck all ready of so pick it up soon after i had a closer inspection and found my fuel tank door missing the rubber stopper and my spare tire very loose my bulldog programmer left unhooked they painted over rust thinking this is ok guy reinsured me he would call with a quote if any extra as per my concern for the rust over and above the 6 inch scratch from accident and missed the damaged on other side which I can assure you happed at accident they say insurance company missed but this is very unreal now I have to deal with insurance for extra damage was never notified about any extra damage and leave me to deal with this stuff my option is this should have been dealt with before they started Sherwood should have done there own estimate and compeered with insurer also sine this repair my mud flap on there side of repair fell off and lost spare tire loose and 4x4 decal missing from quote the I was assured parts where in stock as per girl on phone note body work under paint as per prep no good looks like **** thanks

***AVOID THIS DEALER*** I bought a truck from Sherwood Chev Saskatoon a couple months ago and being a repeat customer I thought they would treat me well and was even told they would be damned if they were going to lose me to *** (wish I would have gone with them instead). So I was looking for a ZR2 Silverado and they just so happened to have one left on the lot from what I was told a grey one. when I arrived I was informed it had sold but they had the general manager Todd's demo in black (not my favorite color but said I would consider it if they wrapped the front with protection and ceramic coated the truck and they agree. So far I'm happy. I said I didn't want the box cover or the after market oversized tires Todd had put on. Larry said he would see if he could take them off the deal and get me the topper I wanted, instead he didn't think it would be a big deal. He worked on the deal and called me a couple days later and told me that GM (general motors) wouldn't let him take them off. I consulted a couple other dealers and they informed me that it was all on the dealer not general motors. Well my deal was done and I got a decent price on my trades but I still am not happy with the fact that I had the extras I didn't want. I was informed that the GM was intended general manager later on. I was told this is how I was getting my new truck and if I wanted the topper they would get it for me but I was still taking the box cover and tires. When I asked Todd why they wouldn't take them off to make me happy he told me that's just how it is. I also contacted Kevin the dealer principal and was told he would look into it and was dismissed by him aswell. Moving on when they wrapped the coating on the front fender there was a flaw under the paint and they tried to convince me to leave it how it was. It looked like a huge pimple that you would get during puberty and I said no it needs to be fixed. Clint the auto body manager said it looked good but I had to fix it elsewhere
