  I didn't buy the air ticket myself to make sure everything is okay, so I chose this Travel agency to get me the tickets , unfortunately he made a big mistake in putting the names correctly when he filled the names for my wife he misplaced the names first name last name. Of course he sent me a copy of the ticket and to me everything looks fine it has all the names and last names spelled right but doesn't say first name last name so we drove from Saskatoon to Calgary to catch the plane next day October 9 after checking in and boarding and about to go on plane my wife was refused going on plane because mismatch the names tickets and the passport of my wife, I phoned the travel agent to fix the problem with *** ****** but couldn't, flight gone, he asked me for $748.90 extra for each person to get on the next flight I told him I will pay the extra but you have to pay me back because this is your mistake he said OK so he got me another ticket he sent me the tickets information after looking at it I found he made a mistake again by putting wrong traveling dates, I asked him and he changed it again and to looked good until we went to the airport again we where trying to check in when they told me again my wife can't travel because her Iraqi passport not allowed to go to two European countries in the same flight, I phoned him again the travel agency Man and I am so sad he said to me if you can purchase a ticket online go ahead and when coming back you get a refund so I decided to purchase another flight tickets through flight hub. He told me the refund usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to be back to my account, and I purchased all the tickets with my ** **** **** CARD and was in Iraq for my holiday the ** **** App did not working Iraq so I wasn't able to know if I was refunded or not till I got back to turkey where I could sign in to my account. And when got back to Canada on December 2 I talked to him he told me there is no refund *** ****** only is given a one year open ticket to travel. And I already spent over $6,000.00 on another ticket with ******* air line. This man made mistakes not me. Sorry but I should not pay for your mistake. Thank you. Plus I spent so much money staying in Calgary extra 3 nights because of your mistake taxi ,food hotels.
