            Date of transaction 11/03/23 Order number ******** I ordered a firearm online from Eagle Firearms Ltd. The rifle shipped quickly and I received it in good order. However, It was different from the website description and from the manufacturer specifications. It is missing the Recoil Hawg muzzle break that is a specific component to this particular model (Browning X Bolt Hells Canyon Max LR) Instead it contained a generic Browning muzzle break. I have tried twice to contact Eagle Firearms Ltd. to rectify this issue. I have offered to ship them the muzzle break I received in exchange for the one that is specified for this rifle. Once through their website ‘contact us’, and once though direct email, to a certified email address that was used to contact me for firearm license verification. The phone number on their website goes to voicemail (mailbox full) I have not received any correspondence from Eagle Firearms. This is very disappointing. If I have to purchase this part separately from another source, it will cost me an additional $150 plus tax and shipping.

            Made an online order for various firearm related parts/supplies. The order consisted of my original order (paid by credit card via the company website) and a follow up order (as we had to alter some items due to the items not being in inventory) which was paid via e-transfer. Following receipt of the shipment, two of the items were not contained within (missing items value of approx $100 dollars). I first reached out via email and after the second email received a response that they would look into the matter. Several follow up emails and attempted phone calls (they do not answer) over the past two months with no further response whatsoever from Eagle. *********************************************************************************************************************
