    The date of the purchase was October 25, 2024. I went to the salon looking for a firm hold hair spray. The attendant immediately took me over to the Prime hair spray made by the owner. She did not show me any other product did not suggest an alternative or other choices that might work as well so I bought it. I went home used the spray the smell from the product was so strong I couldn't use it. It made me feel dizzy and nauseated. So Monday October 28th I took it to the store telling the attendant I couldn't use it could I return or exchange it. She said no that was their policy and the owner was not in. I left the next week I called asked to speak to the owner she's not in. No return or exchange that's their policy. I stated an exception could be made in this case as the product made me I'll. ** *** ******** * **** *** *********** **** *** *** ** ** ****** *** ** ** ********** *** *** **** ********* ***** *** *********** ** *** **** ****** *** *** **** ********* ** ** ***** ***** *********** **** ********* *** ***** **** **** **** ** *** *****. My last call to the salon could the owner call me she never returned my call.

    We have a no return/refund and no exchanges policy.

    We have had this policy for years as we are unable to resell the product once it leaves the store.

    ****** asked if we could return before she paid for the product twice and we state both times it was final sale.

    She informed us that she has sensitive smell days after it was purchased, she never let us know that to begin with otherwise we could have grabbed other options for her to test in the studio.

    She was verbally aggressive with the staff so the owner said we were not to entertain the situation as she was demanding we make an exception because she said so.

    We have signs on the product shelves as well stating this policy.

    I am rejecting this response because: i am very sensitive to their product which I did not know that before I purchased the hair spray.  If I'd known this prior to no way would I have bought the product.  As a person ages you become sensitive to certain products.  In no way did I know this would be the case.   I ask why should a customer be saddled with a product that makes you I'll.  *** **** ** *** ********* *** ******** * *** **** ** *** ***** ** *** ****** **** ***** **** ** *** * ******* **** *** *** ***** **** ****.  I simply can't use a product that is going to make me ill.  Therefore I request a full refund.
