  Last year in October 2023, I found an accountant via ******** recommendations called GLI accounting. We shared info back and forth where he began my book keeping. Didn't hear from him for awhile, reached out a couple time to see how he was doing, he sent emails back saying he need a couple Receipts. Never asked for more than I thought he would, trusting he knew what he was doing. I reached out again in Feb to find out he was on holidays across the world. Not a good time to be vacation is my thoughts. On March 25th, he sent an invoice of $1350.00 and said he was completed my work. I made a transaction to GLI Accounting of $1350 so I can receive my bookkeeping. I sent it off to *** ***** and to their surprise, the bookkeeping was incomplete. I had a look at it and discovered indeed, it was incomplete. So I reached out to Jay V***** and he added my income which it didn't have before. I also asked to add variables such as what o can claim And not claim as a business owner. He said he didn't best he can and would have to charge for more service as he out 45 hrs into my bookkeeping already. I was astonished he put that many hours into the work that looked very simple and it was incomplete. I asked for a refund but he said there would not be a refund as he put 45 hrs into the work he's done so far. I just wanted my bookkeeping to complete so that o can file my taxes. I had to find another book keeper in the meantime to complete my book keeping.

Not a good time to be vacation is my thoughts (Not Correct, I have been in constant touch with Client requesting for documents as needed, I received the Final document  March 16th  there was no communication gap  )

  I was given a folder and i created a drive, constant follow, manually going through bank statements do take time i think my hours of work were completely justified, There was some confusion with how client wanted to file her taxes also some dispute about missing info i offered to fix for no cost but client did not gave me any opportunity to do so.
